Let’s get all the minor things out first:-nice and light, easy to move as needed-sturdy and I feel stable to sit on it as a size s-m woman-large storage perfect for yarn-perfect height to use as a leg/foot rest while working in my office chair-also great for having someone else sit on to view my screen if neededMinor negatives:-wood is rough and I scratched my foot when it grazed against the bottom as I was moving it-smell is not the greatest but not terribleMost important factor: my 12 pound cat likes it. He sits on it to watch me work, and sleeps on it while I work. Nothing else matters.

Perfect accent to your room
This ottoman is the perfect accent to my room. It provides a nice way to put your feet up as well as an easy accessible storage area. Just lift the lid to store a throw blanket or toys. They are very sturdy which keeps them in place but also makes it heavy to move. You need to lift it by the body or the bottom otherwise the top will lift off. The top rests on the body of the ottoman and not a tight fit. This does give it a pnice looking wood trim around the lid as well as the bottom of the base. Iâm very happy with my purchase.
