Completely surprised and love this sectional!
I wanted exceptional quality but was hoping not to spend $3,000-$5,000 on a sectional, and I got it! The aqua blue color is exactly how it looks like on screen on Amazon, the material is firm but surprisingly soft and comfortable to sit on (I thought I would be sweating from sitting on it, but nope!), the storage was a HUGE plus, and the assembly was simple. Packaging was secure. I inspected no damage on any of the pieces (I got the 7-seater) when I got it. I’m in love with this sectional, and I hope it holds up for the long run. I know I’ll definitely be ordering more individual pieces in the future to extend it and play around with different shaping.

Cool Couch – Amazing Customer Service – Buy With Confidence
Fun couch for a beach house! I bought 2 sets and there are loads of configurations for parties, naps, cozy movie nights, etc. It was very well packaged and easy to put together. The couch is waterproof and withstands damp bathing suits and sunscreened skin. But it is also soft and does not stick to bare leggs like some pleathor does. The fact that every single piece has storage is a huge bonus. The color is soft blue, which works well with the water view. I researched extensively and was nervous about ordering because I knew I would not be able to ship it back if anything was wrong. But no worries at all. I had one small issue with my shipment and customer service was excellent. The seller actually cares about it’s customers and my issue was promptly and fully resolved. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase high priced items from this seller in the future.

Great Sectional with Functionality and Style
I ordered this LLappuil Modular Sectional Sofa with Storage, Faux Leather Fabric 7 Seater Modular Sofa with Reversible Chaise, 112 Inch Convertible U Shape Sectional Couch with Ottomans because I wanted a fresh look in my living room. The items arrived in just a few days in separate boxes. I wish I had known that signature was required because it was a little challenging to coordinate my schedule to be home for delivery. I ordered the color Cognac, but I received the Brown instead. One reason I wanted the Cognac besides the lighter color is that it was faux leather, and the Brown is listed as a different material. Customer service was good about responding to my messages with my concern for the wrong color. I actually liked the new color which looks a little more gold or tan than brown, and figured the fabric may be better with pets, so I told them I would be willing to keep it as long as they honored the $200 coupon that came with the brown color. I was happy that they agreed to honor it.I have arthritis in my hands, but I found the items pretty easy to assemble. Each piece got easier as I figured things out. It was more challenging to break down all the boxes than to assemble the furniture! The furniture feels very well made, and it’s pretty comfortable. I like the pillows that came with it a lot, but I added some nice marine-themed pillows that I thought would go great with the Cognac color, but they actually look pretty nice with the Brown, too.I love the look and the function of the sectional sofa, and it’s comfortable, though a little on the firm side. There is plenty of storage. The only thing is that there are little gaps between the pieces when you assemble them, and the gap where I sit seems to like to swallow my remote and my cell phone. 🙂 Still, it’s easy to retrieve things when this happens, and I look forward to enjoying my furniture for many years to come!

Love this set up! One year later
Update: it’s been over a year and this is still the same condition as it was when I bought it. Cleans so easily, vacuums really well, especially when it comes to fur. And hasn’t lost its shape at all. I just added another piece to make it longer. Would purchase againI am very pleased with my modular sectional purchase.The fabric is softer than I had expected. I was expecting more of a vinyl type material so I was pleasantly surprised by the soft texture.The structure and design is exactly what I have been looking for. I love the option of turning my couch into a large bed for movie nights with the family!There was very little assembly required which made this the easiest couch I’ve ever put together.I’m happy with the storage option and even though the sofa is more on the firm side, it is perfect for my needs and feels like it will hold up well and not lose its shape anytime soon.

OK couch, heavy to assembly
holes dont line up well, heavy, thus difficult to assembleback too low, not comfortable. bad design. Can easily put the connecting screws of the back to a lower position and make the back higher.

The sofa is beautiful and comfortable. I can’t praise customer service enough. one of my pieces had a hole due to damage sustained during shipping. I reached out to them via Amazon, and they were ready to send me a new piece within a day, no questions asked. They did want a pic of the shipping label tho, so if you have any damaged boxes when it arrives, take a pic.

Very nice sofa. Strong and comfortable
We bought this sofa for our vacation house. It was very easy to assemble, strong, comfortable to sit and sleep on. I accidentally spilled some water, and it beaded right up, without leaving any stain or spots. The cognac color is a lovely soft taupe that will match almost any color scheme. It is easy to move the pieces around to convertt from a sofa to a bed. The value for the money is great.

Good quality, easy to assemble.
This is a surprisingly good quality sectional sofa perfect for setting in smaller rooms and move through narrow hallways.The assembly was easy and straight forward with all of the parts and tools included. It took me about 1.5hrs to finish.The seat cushion is just right, neither saggy nor overly firm.One particular feature I really like is the storage compartment under each sectional, especially that the lift handle (a whole strip rather than a single pull handle) is designed to blend in with the overall styling of the sofa.

I’m so happy with my purchase, nothing but good things to say! Shipping was fast, it came in 5 manageable boxes. Assembly was very quick and easy. I love that you can set it up in many different variations and styles, and I may buy more pieces to add onto it some day for a larger sectional. The texture is very soft and it’s very comfortable to sit or lay on. It looks and feels very well made. The storage is an awesome asset as well! The arms and back feel a little loose but its not an issue so far. Overall, a very beautiful and comfortable couch with many great features.

Adding this 8 months later. I recently had guests over, gave up my bed and slept on the couch. Moved the 3 ottomans together and made a Queen size bed. Slept very well!‐———I just moved into a new apartment, downsizing from a house. I bought this sectional for its multiple functionality. I was so pleased with the look of it (the colour was as shown), the comfort (firm butcomfortable), and most of all for the great storage area under every seat. I emptied at least 3 large storage bins and now have all my stuff neatly stored out of site.
