Love this rug!

Love.but did come with little defect
Rug is very soft and thick. I love the colors, but it did come with a little defect. Itâs so huge itâs not worth returning to me. So we will keep it. But for how much we paid I did wish it would have been completely intact.

Extremely Disappointing Color Variation!
I ordered this rug on prime day and just received it today. I was immediately disappointed upon opening it and seeing what an immense color difference there is between the product description and the actual product received. I understand that this rug is intentionally distressed to look “lived in” but this rug is completely white washed to the point where there’s hardly any color at all. I specifically wanted a darker rug and am very disappointed by this, especially considering the brand. Not exactly sure how I’ll even be able to return such a big item as my only option for return is UPS dropoff and this won’t even fit in my vehicle…what a hassle, I hope customer service from the brand will see this. Very unhappy.

Gorgeous Rug
The colors in this rug were exactly what I was looking for. And in typical Loloi fashion it is soooo soft! I was skeptical how it would wash up when I saw it was labeled washable, but I can tell you it came out looking perfect! I washed it in my front loader on cold & threw it over my staircase to dry. Highly recommend.
