How to clean a stainless steel cookware before use?
Before using the pan, it should be cleaned with detergent and warm water to ensure that both the inside and outside of the pan are thoroughly clean. Avoid using rough cleaning tools such as abrasive cloths, as they may scratch the surface of the pan.
Can I use a metal spatula to cook food?
Metal spatulas will not affect the performance of the pan. To avoid scratches, avoid using sharp knives or metal spoons to stir food, as this can scratch the surface of the pan.
How to handle firm dirt and yellowed stainless steel pans?
Boil water and white vinegar together in a pot for 3-5 minutes, then wash with a cloth or rag while still hot.
Yellowed areas can be easily removed by washing with warm water and stain-removing powder.
Why is the HYBRID pan not as good as expected in terms of non stick performance?
Due to the tri-ply structure and its heating faster, the coating cannot be applied in a high temperatures.Be recommended to heat the pan over medium heat and use a small amount of oil to achieve the desired non coating effect.
Is the detachable handle secure?
Before the pan leaves the factory, the removable handle is tested for safety and firmness. If there are any problems due to special circumstances, please feel free to Message us and we will properly handle your problem.

Adore this piece of cookware, I have never had anything get up to temp so quickly!
This is the fastest I have ever had a pot/pan heat up. I mostly cook at a 5 or lower on our stove so medium to low, this is to help keep the cookware in great order. This pot/pan was to cooking temp in like a quarter of the time most of my pots and pans are. (Included pieces that cost 2-6 times the price of this pan.)I started my soup base sauteeing some onion in this pot/pan. They cooked beautifully in some olive oil. I then added in sliced celery and carrots. The colors that the veggies turned were so pretty and robust. The pan helped create a beautiful base for my veggie soup. I then added in some chicken stock and brought it to a boil. The pan did great. I did have to take the pan to a much lower temperature than I usually do to bring it down to a simmer. I turned it down 2 maybe 3 times. I have never had a pan take so quickly to the heat it was a delight to be honest. I wasn’t waiting around for it to get to temp. I chopped the veg and tossed them in. I ended up only having the cooktop burner on a 1 to keep it at a simmer.I opened and closed the lid a few times to take a taste and add more seasoning. It was easy to handle and use.I am a bit stunned at how quickly start to finish I could make the whole soup with this pan. I am greatly looking forward to more dishes to try making with it ASAP!This does arrive where you need to attach the handle. It is super easy. You just hold the handle in place. Then screw 2 nuts on. The handle was easy to touch and move. It stayed cool through my whole cooking process. Which quite a few of my other pans can not declare that is tru about them. It was so much nicer to be able to grab the handle when moving the pan/pot.Would go out of my way to recommend to friends and family. LOVED this! It helped me make a homemade soup in a fraction of the time and helped me bring veggies to peak texture for soup. Beyond thrilled!

Great performance but very skeptical about the materials including the “Hybrid Ceramic Coating”
I have wanted to get away from chemical like PFOA, PFOS and PFTE in my cookware for sometime and when I saw this ceramic non-stick sauté pan, I thought Iâd give it a shot. I have had this pan for a few weeks and I really like the way it cooks and how non-stick it is. However, in the course of my review and tests I am skeptical about the material claims, especially about the cook surface.Mine came extremely well packaged inside a black corrugated clamshell box 13.5â w x 12â d x 4â h. The box had two labels that covered box markings. I removed one to reveal another brand Inquibee. (Their Amazon page indicates the sell similar cookware.)Inside the box was the pan base, a lid, a handle, a package of hardware (four nuts, and a wrench/ spanner), assembly instructions and instructions (cooking tips). Assembly was easy. The handle attached using the wrench/ spanner to tighten two of the four nuts provided. There was no indication of how much to tighten these nuts and I believe it would be somewhat easy to over torque the nuts and damage the pan.The pan has a hexagonal design on the cooking surface very similar to Hexclad cookware. There is no indication of the cook surface material, I am not sure of the exact material composition, but I strongly believe the material is similar to Hexcladâs surface so either TerraBond or more likely PTFE (Teflon). The Amazon page indicates that the pan is âoven-safe up to 500°F,â but looking further down (or up), recommendations are to cook on medium heat at most (or medium-high to sear meat- similar to what is specified for a PTFE cook surface. Furthermore, Lolykitch claims the cookware is PFOA-Free but not PTFE-free. Lastly, the Amazon page claims SGS certification (which would be a well-known third-party material certification), but I could not find LOLYKITCH or Inquibee in the SGS database and I couldnât find a way to contact LOLYKITCH or Inquibee.Construction is claimed to be a three-layer design: a 304-stainless interior, an aluminum core and a 430-stainless exterior. The exterior surface is magnetic which jibes with 430SS, the interior surface doesnât seem to be magnetic, but it has something magnetic below it (the 430 SS). Given the weight, (see below) and what I suspect to be a PFTE cook surface, I am skeptical that the top surface is 304 SS.The pan weighs 3.2 pounds or about 10% more than a similar sized aluminum pan and is 12-inches in diameter and 3-inches deep. The cook surface is extremely non-stick, but feels rough due to the hexagonal scoring on the surface. In my tests the pan was as non-stick as any pan I have used. Even without oil, neither an egg nor an omelet stuck to the pan. Veggies, of course, were a breeze in this pan. I have not yet tried to sear meat in the pan, but I expect it will perform similar to my other non-stick pans on med-high.Clean-up has been easy. After cooking, I let the pan cool or add a bit of water to it to hasten the temperature drop and then clean it using a nylon brush and dish soap. I did not put it in the dishwasher, nor do I plan to do so. My one complaint about the performance is that the pan is that on my second use it developed a burner pattern on the bottom. This could be residual oils on the pan or on my stove, but I have not seen similar markings on my other pans.I am really torn about how to rate this pan. It does perform well and at a cost of around $50, it is about 30% less than a similar name-brand (PTFE) pan. This seems like a reasonable trade-off to me. However, I am very skeptical about the claimed âHybrid Ceramic Coating Design,â and as noted above, I fully believe that the non-stick coating is PTFE. So, Iâll rate it 5 stars for performance, 4 stars for value, and 3 stars for an unknown or at best sketchy material composition. That averages to 4 stars which seems about right. And given my concerns on the material, I will stop short of a recommendation.

This can replace several of my pans
If you could only buy one pan that serve several purposes this is the pan to buy. I do prefer the stainless-steel finish on the outside of the pan and the interior finish has become a favorite of mine recently. So, the stainless-steel heat evenly and you can and should use lower temperatures on this non-stick finish. You will need to get wooden or silicone utensils and don’t use metal in order to extend the life and finish on the pan.Why will this replace several pans. I have an old square electric skillet I have had for over 40 years and I think I can finally give it up. This is deep enough to use to braise food and the bonus is a glass lid to top it off. I use to make Swiss-steak in my old electric skillet and this will work great for that or anything that I braise in liquid because of the high sides. It can still be used as a skillet for the usual thing like sauté and frying. A real winner for me. So, one additional suggestion: because this is a very large pan you might be tempted to put it in the bottom of a stack of pans and that is not a great idea. If you have to do that to store it make sure you use a towel or some type of cushion between this pan and the bottom of another pan or it could scratch the finish.
