This is the best lumbar pillow I’ve ever had! I use it for sleeping on my back and on my sides. It gives me just enough support without being too much and the great thing is is that it doesn’t get too flat either. I’ve had memory foam products in the past that were a waste of money because the moment you lay on them they just flatten out. The shape of this pillow is great too because there are different levels of thickness at the ends and in the middle, so for me using the ends when I lay on my side provides just enough support at my core to comfortably sleep and wake up with much less pain!

Good for lower back pain

Itâs ok
Itâs not bad, but itâs not great either. It works good for a bit but then it just ends up getting squished flat and then itâs basically non existent at that point. I would not buy another one.

Love, love, love this back pillow!
If Iâm sitting, Iâm using this pillow! I have some back issues, possibly a compression fracture, and this pillow is a game changer. I do not feel the stress and strain on my back after sitting awhile, as I did before I got it. It gives support in just the right places and never becomes uncomfortable. Iâve even taken it with me on trips to use in the car. My son had ordered one that I tried out, and I immediately knew I needed to order one for myself. In addition, a friend was visiting, leaned back onto this pillow, and immediately got out her phone and ordered one for herself. Needless to say, we are happy with this pillow!
