Looks great in my living room, it was very easy to assemble, its quite sturdy and the build quality is solid.It uses a standard floor switch to turn on and off.Overall a great lamp to have!

Very pleased with this purchase. The gold colour of the arc stand is nice and not that cheap fake gold. The linen-look lamp shade is attractive – we just had to do some manual adjusting to make the shade sit perpendicular to the floor. Foot pedal switch works well. All in all, it is good value for the price.

When install the ‘shaddle’ (Light bulb rack), just squeeze it then push in.Shipping: fast as expected.Item received in well-wrappedOnce I assembled the first one, no hesitation for me to buy the second one. Now I have one in living, one in den. Picture is from living room, see it’s height so you can view in your room. Same item bought at store like walmart, cost over $80. I’m satisfied with this purchase. It makes the room so modern, simple but elegant.

Nice but shorter than in pictures
Very nice looking lamp and good quality. My only issue was the height. From the product images, I expected it would stand fairly tall. In reality it is so short over my couch that we kind of look like we are sitting under a hair stylistâs hair dryer chair. Really my own fault for not double checking the measurements but in the end this is not a good purchase for my needs. Still giving 5 stars though just based on the style and quality which are both good. Just donât purchase if you are expecting something to use over your couch like I did. See photos I posted – forgive the messy walls, we are patching and repainting. I was wanting one appropriately the same height or slightly higher than the existing lamp next to it. No luck! It sits about 67 inches from the floor to the tallest spot of the lamp. The bottom of the lampshade sits about 56 inches from the floor. And it sits about 16 inches higher than the top of my couch. When I sit on the couch in front of the lamp, the bottom of the lampshade is about 10 inches from the top of my head. Iâm only 5â5â and our couch sinks in a few inches when you sit on it. So unless you are shorter than me and also have a short couch, this thing is gonna sit over your head like a hat.
