I ordered this sofa with red cushions, before it was received I received notice that wrong color was shipped but correct color was being shipped. We received the sofa and in a second shipment received the correct color cushions. It was all handled very smoothly. No stress. I am a 75 years old. My wife and I put the sofa together without too much stress. The directions are good and all parts were in the screw package. I stripped a couple screws but Actrest is sending replacements. I would rate product and customer service 5 star.
