These knives are amazing! Doesnât matter which knife, they all cut like youâre cutting through butter. Beyond happy with my purchase. I have only hand washed these as the directions state. No worries with water stains or rust. The knives are evenly balanced. My only wish is the steak knives could be a touch heavier for my liking and I mean barely a touch.
