Really NICE Recliner! Won’t LAST!
UPDATED: My “replacement” chair did not last ONE YEAR! I used it daily like people do with recliners. So on October 15, 2024 I wanted to get up & noticed the lights were not on the remote. I thought maybe the cord got unplugged? Nope. Maybe it’s the power outlet? Nope. Maybe it’s the cord? Nope. We did all the troubleshooting but nothing we did could bring this chair back to LIFE! So it is “OFF to the Dump” to get rid of this Chair that did NOT even lasted 1 year! Maybe don’t buy a recliner on-line, go into a store where they can repair or replace your faulty chair. A recliner should last MORE than 1 year, & ours had to already be replaced once in the same year, but that didn’t last that long either.I purchased this on 11/12/23 and it took about a week to arrive. We followed the easy instructions & assembly was a sync! When I sat in the chair it felt like I was sitting on bricks! Hard as a ROCK. I put pillows down but remember, if you add those then the massage portion is dimmed. Within 3 days the right corner would not fold in. Without a passenger the chair worked fine. Once you sit, lift up the leg rest all is fine. Once you put the leg rest down it hangs on that corner until you get out of the chair & then you hear a “Clang” sound & it shuts. I notified the seller & they sent me a replacement right away! (Great Customer Service!) We installed the replacement “bottom” and for some reason this new one the seat is soft & comfy! Wow, I’m so glad the bottom part didn’t work properly so I could get this new soft seat instead, just what I wanted!! Now all is right with the world (haha). Remember if you have an issue contact the seller first, don’t give a nasty review until you have given the sellers time to fix the problem, because they will! I love my new(er) recliner now. I got the gorgeous deep blue and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you for making it right MCombo Customer Service.

Worked fine until it didnât
I received this chair in March and it was easy to put together and operated well. All of a sudden, the remote for heat and massage stopped working all the connections seem to be right and the USB port worked, but the remote had three red lights on it. I contacted the company And sent them several emails, but nobody has gotten back to me. This chair is supposed to have a one year warranty and apparently it is the remote that is not working because the head and foot remote works and all the connections seem to be OK. Company responded after the weekend and is sending new remote with instructions. Hopefully this will solve the problem.

Very comfortable
I like that it’s not bulky..great value..Reclines easily. I like how the heat can be timed. Haven’t used massage much yet but feels great! I wish assembly had been offered. Ther could have been a pocket for the recline and heat gadgets…have to keep in cup holder or they fall on floor. I have always covered my recliners so for me the cup holders are unnecessary.

You don’t need to spend $1000+ to get a great powered recliner!
I bought this chair to replace an old recliner and so far, it’s great. I received it on August 24th and so far, everything works great.First, the assembly was extremely easy. All of the parts lock together with little or no trouble. The only part I had to press on a little bit was the back but even that didn’t take much. The wires are very easy to access and the remotes are very simple to hook up. All you do is match colors and connector types.Second, the material is surprisingly soft for the price point. I have sat in the nude on this chair for a good period of time and it feels surprisingly good on my skin. This feels like a chair that I could actually sleep in, and I don’t ever sleep in chairs.Finally third, the functions and adjustments for the powered part of the chair work great. The vibrations hit just the right points and aren’t very loud. There’s also 9 different settings for the vibration presets. The lumbar heater works okay if you don’t have a shirt on, otherwise, you don’t really feel it that much. The chair fully reclines in less than 10 seconds and puts you close to flat.Finally the complaints. The arms do move a little bit from side to side, but it’s not excessive and isn’t a structural weakness. The remote that came with the chair started acting up the day after I got it, however, the seller was very responsive and sent a replacement that showed up less than a week after I messaged him. Finally, the lumbar heater isn’t very hot and you pretty much need to be shirtless to really feel it. None of these complaints are major or affected my rating for this chair.Overall, this is an amazing chair that proves you don’t need to spent $1000+ on a powered chair to get great quality and comfort. The complaints are super minor and have no bearing on how much I love this chair. If you are looking for a powered recliner with massagers and a heater, this is a must buy.

Really nice!
I love the heat! I read the reviews and was hopeful I made the right choice. I’m am very happy with the chair. The fabric is really nice, vibrating and heat work great. Reclining is so easy. Chair seems very sturdy. I only wish it had rocking and swivel but it’s really a great chair.

Amazing
This chair is just wonderful. The massage is vigorous and so soothing. I haven’t used the heating option but may during the winter. I am 5’3″ and the foot extension is great. The cup holders fit my water bottle perfectly. The two pockets are great for items needed like the controllers. There is two USB ports to charge phones or Kindles. I just love the quiet mechanisms for reclining. All electric and very sturdy. The directions to connecting the power, and controllers are very easy to understand. It comes in two boxes with 4 attachments two arm rests, one back and the seat section. Very easy to assemble. The two things I did not completely adore, 1) The head rest could be a little bit thicker. I attached a decorative pillow and it was perfect. 2) I can see that a taller person may find the leg area even with the extension a little short. Other than that this is the most comfortable recliner for me!
