MCombo oversized power lift chair review
The chair was easy to install. It took like 15 minutes to assemble if you have 2 people. The leather feels nice and comfortable. The chair features work properly. The chair lift, charging port, cup holders, and heat/massage all work. The only noticeable change is how much higher this chair is compared to our old chair but it’ll be normal as time goes on. This might be a more expensive chair compared to others but it’s a chair that’s worth it if you need something like this. I believe the chair was delivered 3-4 days after I ordered it so it wasn’t that long to receive it.

I love the color of the chair- I can wipe down with damp cloth very sturdy no noise- heavy in weight- well constructed.Love the heated back. I don’t use the massage feature.My only complaint about the chair; it is sooo slow adjusting up or down.

Very comfortable!
I was able to assemble the chair in 20 minutes! It is nice and comfortable and fits my 5’6” body nicely. Message and heat functions are great!

You have to read this!
I wanted to get my 98 yr old mom a lift chair for her birthday, living 5 hours away I needed to purchase it online. I looked up the top 10 chairs and this Mcombo was on the list, and was one of the few that had the heat and massage feature. I ordered it on Sat. and it was due in Wed., which worked great as we were going down on Thursday to put it together. It actually showed up on Sunday, the day after we ordered it. It was easy to put together, we had it set up and working, but in the final checklist noticed we missed a slot and it was listing to one side. We easily undid a few steps and fixed the listing only to find out the massage and heat features now weren’t working. This was late on Friday evening. I did all the troubleshooting and then called the help line and had to leave a message. I was concerned that we would have to send the whole chair back, and we had to head home on Sunday, unsure who could handle that task. I received a call from the company first thing Monday morning and was told I had to fill out a claim form. We did it easily. I received an email the next day and they sent out a new remote for the heat/massage feature. That didn’t solve the problem and I emailed them back letting them know. I received an email back stating that they would be sending out a whole new seat back. We got that in two days, and that fixed the problem. I have to say that their customer service was amazing! The chair was elegant to fit into my Mom’s living room, comfortable even without the extra heat/massage feature, the lift really helped her get up and down, and the price was very reasonable. I love this company and will use them for all of my chairs in the future. My Mom loves her new chair and I love this company!!

Chair is nice and wide!
This chair is nice and wide so my dog and I have plenty of room to settle in together. The recline operation is very smooth and reclines perfectly for me. Massage works fine, although I thought it should be a little bit more robust. I find the seat is not as deep as what it should be but when reclined it is good. My biggest concern about this chair is that it is rather hard. It looks comfy but when you sit in it, there is little to no give. My son sat in this chair yesterday and commented that it was hard. Anyway, I still fall asleep in it while watching TV, and so does my dog. For reference, I am 6 feet tall and weigh about 200 pounds.

Great product!
Wife vs loves her new med-lift recliner. Very comfortable, uses it 24/7 due to disability. Recommend everyone on disability with limited mobility consider this product.

Terrible hard uncomfortable chair
This is the most uncomfortable chair in which I have been seated!. It is like sitting on a board. At 80 I thought it would help my back instead it is making it worse. The chair is too heavy to box up and return so I am stuck. DO NOT PURCHASE

This is not a dual control recliner
Have only had this recliner a little while & it’s in our 2nd house so I haven’t used it much yet. First impressions are good. Seems well made & sturdy. Pretty comfy. Easy to put together. So far my only negative is that it is not a dual control recliner & that is not made clear in the description. It says infinite position possibilities but that is not true. I like to be able to control the footrest & the back separately. I prefer my legs to be up & still keep my back totally upright. You can’t do that in this recliner. As soon as you start to raise the legs, the back starts reclining too. So, in order to raise my legs, I have to go backwards too. I really don’t care for that. I want my legs all the up while my back stays straight. Also, just so you know, it does not lay all the way flat either. I don’t want to fool with returning or exchanging it so I guess I’ll just have to learn to live with it. The heat feels nice but I wish you could control the amount of heat. It gets too hot in a while. I don’t know if it will automatically turn off by itself in case I forget to turn it off. I need to study the manual to check on that. The massage intensity & location of massage is adjustable. It is a nice deep dark brown. Looks like leather but isn’t. It operates very quietly.
