    Good Chair, Excelllent Value
I couldn’t find anything to satisfy my needs for less than $1,000, but this lift chair I purchased for $760 (tax and delivery included). I weigh 210 lbs. and the medium-wide size gives me lots of “wiggle room” and is very comfortable. The “lift” mechanism works fine. It was relatively easy to assemble, and I’ve had no problems with it. There was one minor problem with delivery–Two of the three boxes came with the correct color, but the third box (containing the back of the chair) came in a different color. The company responded quickly to replace the part with the wrong color, so I have no complaints. I am especially pleased that this chair provides great value for what I paid.

    Easy to Assemble
I got this for my mother who is 5’8″. The size is large enough for her.The padding is firmer than I expected. It feels like it will be comfortable and last well. Our chair was delivered in 2 boxes on separate days. I was away from the house but my wife was able to carry them inside with no problem. The chair has 4 large pieces and it seems like a few small bolts. The pieces fit together by sliding into metal tracks. I had a small problem attaching the back to the base because I couldn’t see the grooves on the base once I was holding the back in front of me. Now that i knew to be aware of that, I paid better attention to their location and it came right together. The only other problem I think someone could have with the assembly would be if they didn’t push the pieces all the way to the bottom of the groove. Just give them an extra push once they are in place and that should assure you they’re in place. They included an extra two plastic covers, (about the size of a quarter), for the contact points with the floor which was nice. Now I just need to keep up with them for a few years, hah. Since it has pockets on the sides, I just dropped them in there. The remote control only has an up and a down arrow. It’s very easy to use. A funny on me- Pressing the up button, which I assume means “I want to get up.” to the rest of the world, but to me means, “Lift the footrest up, I want to recline.” and I press the down button thinking, “I want the footrest to go down.” I’m sure if I sat in the chair regularly it would become second nature. So I’m very happy with it and so glad I didn’t have to take mom to a store.

    Worth the money!
I was pleased for several reasons:- easy to put together- firm construction so should hold up well- good value for the price- doesn’t recline to a flat position but certainly far enough to make it comfortable for napping/sleeping if that’s your thing (like mine!)Only think I found disappointing is that it’s almost too firm! Could be just a bit softer to make it truly comfortable to nap in.

    Comfortable
Wide seat is great. I’ve used a couple lift chairs owned by others and they were so narrow it made me claustrophobic. The padding in this chair is firm which is what I was looking for. I do not like ultra soft chairs. It is sturdy. Construction was simple. Slide on the sides and the back and plug in the wires. No heat or massage which are useless in chairs like this I’ve used before. A little slow for me but I’m sure that’s by design. I got this chair in preparation for knee replacement surgery in hopes it will make getting up a bit easier. I like this chair and recommend. I have slept in recliners for years and this one gives me a good nights sleep.

    Nice chair.
I bought this for an older veitnam veteran that has trouble standing up from a sitting position and this was a life saver for him. The quality of the chair is great. It supports him as he stands up and actually lifts up high enough to where it almost stands him up itself without him even trying lol. It works great and it’s pretty stiff not real padded but still comfortable. It was simple to put together and it was small enough to fit in his small living area. I am happy woth the purchase and I know he is too.

DO NOT BUY FROM MCOMBO< ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE_FALSE EMAIL ADDRESS, NEVER ANSWER PHONE On Sept. 26 of 2024 I purchased a chair from you for my 84 year old mobility impaired mother living in a nursing home. The chair arrived on October 2nd it was delivered. On Dec. 31st, it died in a reclined position that left my mother trapped. The police had to be called to the nursing home to lift her out. The chair is entirely dead, after three months of use. Amazon tells me I have no options, the chair was defunct after Nov. 2nd. I am trying to find out if your product is only guaranteed for a month. if this is the case it needs to be publicized far and wide-no investment for a disabled vulnerable elderly person should be so poorly made it is expected to die in less than 90 days. If you do not support your own product, what are my options to get it repaired? This is terrible- my mother cannot mobilize on her own, she needed the chair we bought her and now it is garbage in three months.MCombo Power Lift Recliner Chair with Extended Footrest for Elderly People, Fabric 7287 (Brown, Medium-Regular)
