Best bang for your Buck
My husband just got home from.major surgery and we knew he had to have a lift chair. Being 6,’5″ and 270 lbs trying to find a lift chair was no small task. We bought the large Mcombo chair which came in 3 boxes, all arriving on time. The only dowm side was.it was delivered by FedEx who left the boxes out by the garage, unprotected, and the rain got the boxes wet. I have a covered porch so you would think thats where FedEx would have left it. I immediately contacted Amazon and the Seller, as the box with the motor got he most wet. I was instructed to put the chair together and if the motor was damaged, it would be replaced. So, great customer service feom Amazon and the Seller. The chair assembly is very easy. Only one of the boxes was really heavy. It worked and has continued to work. One yr warranty on chair. The chair when fully extended is 72″ and has an extra foot bed for long legged people. The leather is faux, but a very attractive and comfortable chair to sleep in. Movement to rise and.lower is a little slow but works. For 700.00, I couod not see any other chair worth the money size-wise. Reading other reviews, there were all kinds of problems. The company is obviously customer oriented and Amazon gives you a link to the seller to email. The chair looks expensive and our hospital case worker was amazed we found such a good chair for the price. If you have any questions please write. This is a home run all the way around. Good job Mcombo!!! I would advise if FedEx is used for delivery, I would sure call ahead to either Amazon or Fed.Ex and ask them to protect the boxes with plastic covering if left outside while you’re.at work, especially as we enter colder weather.

Surprisingly nice product, shipping is a little unusual.
First time ordering furniture of this kind online.Now that we have the chair, it’s assembled and being used – it is a huge help for my wife who has a knee injury. It’s fairly comfortable, and I was shocked that the footrest fit as intended – I am 6’2″! The headrest is a little short, but we live in a world where furniture, cars, etc. are all designed for people shorter than me.While getting the base where I needed it was tricky due to its weight, assembly was straightforward and surprisingly easy. It also feels surprisingly sturdy too, for which I am thankful. It seems to perform as intended, and look as intended despite some pretty ugly shipping damage to a box. It was kind of weird – the chair was shipped in 3 boxes that arrived on 2 different days. One box, for the seat (the heaviest box) had alot of damage, but the damage to the chair was minor in appearance. One of the plastic feet that is bolted to the underside of the frame was broken – that’s all you can see. Thankfully, it came with spare plastic feet so I swapped it out so the floor wouldn’t get damaged.Only critiques are 1. the shipping experience, and 2. the massager is a bit louder than the one in our adjustable bed that is nearly 15 years old.

Beautiful Recliner Chair
I don’t think I could ever ask for more in a Lift Chair. It fits my six foot frame just right and is extremely comfortable. I love the heat and vibration features. I’m not quite yet in a condition where I need the lift feature, but out of curiosity I tested it and it works great.

The massage is not strong like a spa chair….but that is not what I wanted. I wanted a gentle massage I could enjoy while resting. This chair does that. You can adjust the intensity. The heat feature is also subdued, perfect for me. There is no option to change the heat up or down. The massage has to be turned on for the heat to work.I love the chair. A neighbour loved it too, and ordered the same chair which he received today.

Great Customer Service and Great Chair!
This chair is awesome! It is large, which is exactly what I was looking for. So many of the lift chairs under $1500 are quite small if you really pay attention to the dimensions. Especially once you get under $1k, the chairs get tiny! I was using mine for recovery from surgery, and I knew I’d be sleeping in it for at least 4 weeks. I wanted a chair that was super comfy and long enough that none of me would be hanging off of it.I’m only 5′ 4″, but I sleep with my arms over my head, and I can’t stand for my arms to hang off. Plus I thought I was going to be using a pillow under my head and I didn’t want any part of my pillow hanging off the chair while I slept. So I was looking for a chair that was made for someone more like 6′ 4″. Turns out I didn’t need a pillow though; the head cushion on this chair is overstuffed and there is no need for an additional pillow for the head. (I do recommend a neck pillow like used for airplane travel though to keep your neck in proper alignment while sleeping inclined.)This chair is great. So plush and comfortable. I have an extremely high quality mattress on my bed that I was quite concerned that I was really going to miss during the time of sleeping in my chair. But not at all! This chair is so comfy that I took extra time before transitioning back to my bed. I stayed in the chair an extra two weeks by choice!Customer service is tops too! My chair arrived missing a small connector cord that powered the USB chargers on the chair. Customer service always responded same day to any message I sent, and spared no expense getting it taken care of super fast.I especially liked the cup holders and used them for holding various items, not just drinks.The foot and head are not controlled independently from each other if that’s something you need. I considered that a nice-to-have but not a deal breaker for me. My main concerns were that the chair was tall and long, and that I’d be able to sleep in it. Also the chair has heat and massage. I used those every night to get relaxed before falling asleep. The massage is a concentrated vibration; it’s gentle enough that it doesn’t hurt post-surgery, but firm enough to feel relaxing on the muscles.I started using this chair Nov 1 2021, and it’s now Feb 1 2022, and even with me using it every day during this time, plus my kids use it when I’m not in it, it still looks like it’s in mint condition. The leather is holding up well.If you are looking for a very nice, large, cushy lift chair, but don’t have $3k to drop on a La-Z-Boy, give this one a try.
