It shows online chair weight limit is 350 lbs. When I started to assemble the chairs on the bottom is a label showing 330 lbs maximum weight. That’s 20 lbs different. Chairs don’t sit even on the ground.

I like the gray color and detail on the table and chairs. It does not have a wood feel to it, but easy to wipe down. Screws on the chair legs loosen with use, but easy to tighten as needed,

A few of my chairs came broken 2 chairs, including my bench cannot be sat on because I was unable to screw in a few screws due to it being uneven. One of the chair’s screw came off completely and cannot go back in because it pulled out the part it screws in with.. I’ve had the table for 2 weeks and can’t even get ahold of anyone so I can get everything replaced.

I was excited to receive and set up this dining table, but unfortunately, one of the chair legs is shorter than the others, making the chair uneven. I contacted customer service, hoping to replace just the faulty leg, but was only offered two options: a full return or a partial refund. It’s disappointing not to have a simple replacement option for one part, especially after going through the effort of assembling everything. The table and chairs look nice, but the lack of flexible support for such a minor issue took away from the experience.

The table seems very sturdy and heavy duty! The assembly was not hard just that the screws were made weird when it came down to screwing everything in. It might’ve took an hour total to put the table and chairs together. Overall I am satisfied and I pray it last!
