Just put together today, so will repost with an update on how the actual product functions. However, the install was painstaking. They give you two Allen wrenches and the cutouts in which the bolts and half crescent washers go are so small that you have to use 1/8 turns to screw in the bolts. It takes FOREVER! We used both Allen wrenches plus another Allen wrench we had at home, with three people working on it, it took two hours. NOT USER FRIENDLY.
