Perfect! As a picture.
Very nice bed, comes with two sets of legs (chrome and gold). Easy to assemble, needs at least 2 people. The quality of the material is excellent, beautiful shimmering color. Nothing to complain about. Nothing creaks, no damage, delivery was on time.

Looks great but poor assembly design.
Looks great once put together, however the holes in the headboard where you put the bolts that the side brackets connect to weren’t in the correct spot. I had to remove the side brackets and attach them in a different spot, which made the assembly process more difficult than it needed to be.

Extremely Poor Quality and Nonexistent Customer Support
I am extremely dissatisfied with this bed I purchased from Cymax on Amazon. Within a few months, the bed base malfunctioned, it doesn’t support anything, even if the screws are tightened every time the bed moves those two legs moves too and one of the bed boards broke, despite my weight being well below the specified limit. Cymax’s customer support refused to assist, claiming the warranty had expired. I believe it is reasonable to expect a bed, regardless of warranty status, to be durable and fully functional for a reasonable period, especially when used by an individual within the specified weight limit. The fact that the bed base is malfunctioning and one of the bed boards has already broken is indicative of substandard craftsmanship or material quality. Their lack of accountability and unhelpful attitude is unacceptable. Avoid this product and seller at all costs.

Nice overall and I am happy
Issues:1. the legs only screw into one side of the bottom, meaning they can pull away on the side run of the bed.2. there was a very small tear from shipping in a discrete area less that the size of an eraser on a pencil – which I just used a marker to color in3. the slats take longer to snap in then assembling the entire bed4. the gold legs, the ones I intended to use – were scratched. 3 of 4 were scratched. Not enough to warrant not using them because they are low and reflective. The silver/chrome legs were perfect – which is frustratingThe good:1. the fabric is great – no loose floppy areas2. the sturdiness is great – it’s rock solid and makes no noise at all when getting on/off or while sleeping3. there were no issues with the hardware or holes – I’ve seen these things not line up on other furnitureOverall assessment: It’s a good product and I very much enjoy the look. Tip: Use a drill with appropriate bits for initial assembly. Don’t use supplied allen keys or it will take forever. The allen keys are good for the final torque

Beautiful bed
I loved the bed it’s just as beautiful as the picture, it came a little dirty in one corner. It looked like black dust could ahve happened while being delivered but I couldn’t get it out. That’s why I deducted one star
