So pretty
I love it, it’s grande it’s huge and luxury, the upholstery finish on it is so soft and velvety, and it arrived within a couple days of ordering it ! It’s pretty straightforward to assemble it and it’s definitely great quality.

I’ve seen this bed in person and it is gorgeous. The Customer Service is top notch too!

Un desastre
Un verdadero desastre , comprÃ© esta cama hace un mes y medio . DespuÃ©s de tanto esperar y cambiando Amazon la de fecha de entrega varias veces en la pÃ¡gina aparece que me entregaron la cama dÃa 13 de octubre , llamo para decir que no y la representante que me atiende dice que no me preocupe que fue un error que la cama esta en camino y se entregara dÃa 22 de octubre. Hoy llamo a Amazon para asegurarme y me dicen que la cama fue entregada , algo que nunca sucediÃ³ , despuÃ©s de hablar conn 7 representantes diferentes pido hablar con. Manager y la seÃ±ora yo cintÃ¡ndole mi problema decide terminar la llamada porque segÃºn ella yo le estaba gritando, final me dicen que haga reporte a la policÃa para poder devolver dinero , me tienen agarrando lucha , ni dinero ni cama y yo haciendo reporte a la policÃa y para colmo en la entrega de la cama decÃa que estaba el dÃa 13 de octubre en New Jersey y ya por la noche en la Florida entregada . Una verdadera burla , nunca pensÃ© que Amazon podrÃa trabajar tan mal

Exactly What I Wanted
This bed is Huge & exactly what I wanted. The directions were sorta complicated, but with making over 2 bedrooms I am now a experienced furniture assembler. From start to finish including bed clothes, throw pillows & duvet it had taken me 3 hours or so. This bed is Great Quality & Sturdy. It’s very heavy. I needed the outlet behind it & had to get my husband for help. Every person who’s seen it has complimented. I love it & Recommend.

Wow! But measure before
I very rarely write reviews, but I was/am so pleasantly surprised by this bed, I wanted to share a few comments. I also know how important it was for me to see pics of the final result.The bed is much bigger than I expected, so measure before you purchase. It unfortunately is now covering my light switch and my outlets so I’ll have to have someone rewire that later down the road.As far as ease of assembly, I gave it 3 stars only because there were two specific parts that were not clear (and I still don’t see them in the instructions). Reach out to me if you need help with that. Otherwise, this took about 3-4 hours of two people. Using an allen wrench was just very time consuming, but it worked well.Ultimately, the bed is gorgeous. Too early to determine the ultimate sturdiness of it, but so far so good.

Size King
I love the bed 10/10 , but the directions on the paper wasnât cutting it one! Two the tool to tighten the bed was horrible. Thirdly I truly do think you guys should show a physical video on how to put it together. And yes reading is fundamental but the print on the paper was awful but you guys should go in depth on the subject in the directions.

Product As pictured well built worth it
The frame is very sturdy and well built. The fabric is very soft, color between cream and white and i was able to fit my electric bed frame inside of it. Is a perfect fit and i can still move the head and foot of the bed up and down. King frame true to size.

Beautiful bed but a piece came dirty and damaged
Headboard got lost, but it was replaced. now that the bed has finally been removed from the boxes, the new headboard was damaged. Iâll have to call their customer serviceâ¦
