Excellent vendor. Shipping was super fast. Vendor was very easy to work with and was very attentive to correcting a very small issue. The chairs themselves are solid, modern, sleek looking. Some reviews note difficulty in assembly. I did not have any issues with this area. I did not have to use a rubber mallet to get the chairs together. I did use slight palm tapping, however, go slow, and they slide together easily. I used the included Allen wrench to align the screw holes, and from there all was easy. The seats are a bit stiff, but all PU leather is until some use. These will be a great addition to the kitchen!!

Great look and materials, sturdy but very poor quality control-UPDATE on customer service in review.
****** Update to my original review ******I’ve raised my rating due to the follow up by customer service.Customer service was very helpful and corrected the issue in a very quick manner.The product is much better than I thought it would be, given its price point, and has proven to be very high quality and sturdy. I’m very impressed and have had multiple positive comments from guests in my home.—————– original review ———-Items arrived earlier than expected (great). Nice design and very easy to assemble, when everything is as it should be. Mine were NOT! Of the 6 chairs that I received, 5 of them had misaligned holes that I had to wrestle with for over 2 hours to get them in line and one chair had one hole that was shaped like a square with a round screw that just did not work. Very poor quality control but a nice design and materials. Chair is very sturdy once put together and is solid in looks and appearance. Materials used are good quality. The only problem is the quality control. I’m waiting to hear back from the seller to see if they make an adjustment or should I return the items…

Beautiful clean modern design mermaid style chairs
These mermaid style chairs are absolutely gorgeous, they add a touch of class to any modern space, look better than the pictures and were very easy to assemble and very sturdy.The looks are there, it’s comfortable, super sleek clean design, the upholstery and metal combination makes these chairs very elegant looking.Structurally the chairs are solid and a good weight. Easy to slide in/out. They look like much more expensive chairs, great value and quality worth every penny.Overall we are very please, the chairs are rock solid, easy to clean and tremendously comfortable, I had not expected they would be so comfy, beautiful, classy, and very modern and stable! I love them! Extremely pleased with my purchase.

Nice, look far more expensive than they are.
I ordered these in both White & Black, as you can see we have a sort of theme going, but think my dinning set & room works better with all White and that these look more expensive in the White…So decided to order more in White, with another set of 4 to give me spares that can work in another room and be swapped out if the ones in dinning room get wrecked (they are pure white and the material is not heavy, so spares made sense to me).The Black ones are nice too, just a bit less “posh” looking. Still will come in handy if the White really ages poorly and nice modern chair for another room.They are well constructed, but it does take some extra effort to properly line up the posts on each side of the back, the using an Allen wrench to hold one side in place trick some mentioned helps, but figure you’ll need to carefully line up the posts and likely tap the post in using your fist, or a soft mallet (probably with a soft towel between).I do think shipping would have less damages if they packed these 1 per box, as did have minor damage on one of the White chairs, the seller refunded me partially for the minor damage, so I ordered another set to have those spares.So not perfect, but pretty close when you factor in the price, if these were real leather (not bonded), they’d probably be $450 each, or more.

Great chairs
These are some very nice chairs that were so easy to assemble within about 15 minutes for both. They are very sturdy and has a sort of rocking feel to them. Great buy and the delivery was quick, ahead of the actual time of purchased date.

Really nice chairs, great experience with the seller.
These chairs have a very unusual design and I relied on other reviews, hoping they would work in my kitchen. Immediately after ordering 8 chairs I realized that delivery date would not work for me. The seller responded promptly and helped solve my issue immediately.The chairs arrived and I was pleasantly surprised. They are really nice chairs! It comes in 2 pieces, but the angled bottom comes attached to the base. You just need to attach the top and bottom parts of the chair with 4 screws. In my opinion, this design contributes to the stirsiness of the chairs. Assembly was done by my 7 year old, with minimal assistance.The chairs are funky and stylish, comfortable and sturdy. We are very hard on our chairs, which is why I look for a more durable base. There is a bit of a rocking motion when you sit on the chair. This will appeal to my wiggly kids and hopefully keep them in their seats.I hope these chairs hold up and we enjoy them for several years.
