This was genuinely close to being a great bed frame. The style is exactly what I was looking for, and I chose this one over several similar options partly on price. Unfortunately it arrived with real issues right out of the box.One of the wooden planks came cracked, and the nails on the headboard were bent inward, leaving part of the headboard unsteady and slightly dangling. Not what you want when you’ve just moved into a new home and need a functional bed set up quickly.That said, the seller handled the situation well. They were friendly, responsive, and offered either a full replacement set or a refund without any hassle. We went with the refund simply because we couldn’t afford to wait any longer. That willingness to make it right is what bumps this to three stars.MFSTUDIO clearly makes a good-looking product, but they need to have a serious conversation with their manufacturer about quality control. A cracked plank and bent hardware are basic issues that shouldn’t be making it out of the factory. If they sort that out, this could easily be a five-star purchase for someone else.
