One of the areas a bolt was supposed to go is not aligned and is completely missing its threads. I tried to ask if they could send me just the left side, but all I could find is a convoluted string that ended with amazon wanting me to submit a full return. I just want a functional part….

I wanted to love this sofa, but it is not made for a tall person. It is beautiful which is why I gave it 2 stars, but unfortunately if you have tall people in your life, it is not practical or comfortable.
