I am actually quite surprised and impressed with the sofa. It comes packaged up very tightly, so be warned when you open it, the plastic packaging bursts open very quickly. There are no assembly instructions, but it is pretty self explanatory. Just hook on the clips and use the velcro to secure it all. Also keep in mind, it does come quite wrinkled, but a hand steamer works wonders!In terms of comfort, I would say it’s similar to a medium-firm mattress. It’s not plush by any means, but is still comfortable. Its is definitely a couch that needs to go against a wall otherwise the back cushions will not support well. The back cushions themselves are memory foam and pretty stiff.Overall Im pretty impressed with the product, long term durability is something I have not yet tested, but I don’t see anything of concern at this point.

The product came with zero directions in the package, and once I looked up the image on the amazon website, I was able to see how the pieces were configured and made it work. Also, the cushion metal hook keeps coming loose. Finally, even after a few days the fabric remained wrinkled and not like the smoothness of the surface as the pic details. I will give the product kudos on the comfortability of the product. It is quite comfortable.
