Reviewing Milliard Twin Daybed with Backrest and Pop-Up Trundle Set, This is a heavy-duty daybed. It’s almost 100lbs without the mattresses (which are NOT included, so adding mattresses adds weight). It can support a full-size adult and if you pull out the trundle and lift it to make one large mattress, it can fit at least two adults because it’s almost the equivalent of a king size bed (it’s about 5” shorter than a king, but the same width, assuming you are sleeping on the mattresses as you would if it were in a regular bed-if sleeping it in sideways, which is how the daybed is set up, consider the width to be 5” shorter, but the same length).The wheels on the trundle lock, so you don’t need to worry about the trundle slipping away, making a dangerous situation. It’s easy to put together and I don’t worry about my fingers getting trapped when lifting the legs on the trundle, like I do with a traditional bed. We live in the Rocky Mountains and because of that, we have a lot of friends and family from other states that like to come visit while they spend time in the mountains. Day beds and futons have saved us from needing to set up large beds everywhere. I love this daybed. It’s nice quality. We bought two regular twins and they fit it perfectly. Just pay attention to the depth of the mattresses you buy for it. 9.5” fits perfectly.
