Awful customer serviceawful materialIt’s very cheap material and it’s hollow in the back so you can’t enjoy sitting without the cushionThe customer service of this person is absolutely awful. I tried to return this product from the day one and they did not respond to my messages and I got stuck with the couch. They are horrible. I don’t even know how they lasted this long on Amazon.And I do shop a lot on Amazon and I don’t even remember leaving a bad review for someone, but this was worst experience shoppingof my life
