This lamp is perfect for our babygirl’s nursery! The only thing is the manufacturer forgot to put two rings in the box that keep the top of the lamp secure so it’s all wobbly if you try and move it but that’s okay. Otherwise, we love it!

Assempled the lamp, including the shade. Shade is held to frame with plastic clips. One of the clips was broken, but the velcro holding the seam was tight enough to keep it together. The wood portion had an extra seam tha wasnt even. The plastic collar holding the sade to the lamp wouldnt catch the thread, and broke when it finally caught. Came with a bulb. It was only 5 feet tall, so I can see down into the shade when standing. I spent less for a full metal lamp that was taller and had 3 heads at Lowe’s.

I needed a floor lamp for a dark area in our living room – coincidentally, the chair I like is in that corner, and I like to read. I saw this lamp and stopped looking for others since it had the features I was looking for: pull string so it’s easy to turn on and off from my seat, a modern design that fit both mid-century and Scandinavian styles, and, of course, it worked.It was very easy to assemble and it’s probably irrelevant, but I thought the packaging of the shade was a clever space saver. The base is heavy and sturdy and it gives off the light I was looking for (bulb included!). Perfect for my reading nook, and I got another for my home office. Definitely recommend.

This is a great lamp, especially for the price. It has a very simple, almost elegant look, including the lampshade. It’s not a very tall floor lamp and not for very bright light – it takes a 15 watt bulb max (it comes with a 9 watt bulb that seems to have 3 way capabilities but that part doesn’t seem to work so well with the chain), but it gives a nice warm light. The pull chain to turn the lamp off and on seems a bit delicate so turning the light on with any force could break it.
