It works fine and looks ok. The shade is rather small though and I don’t care for the fabric used on it. I also did not want one where the on switch is on the floor. I’m concerned it will not last long but I may be wrong.

Max 60W! Supposedly.
If you’re smart, you know in colder climates there is no such thing as waste heat from incandescent light bulbs (it heats the home, reducing burden on furnace), and you stocked up on 100W light bulbs before they were banned in the land of the free.Well, if so, look elsewhere. The label on the lamp (but not Amazon description) says max 60W, and I doubt that it could even handle that given the plastic and not ceramic bulb base.However, this is a masterpiece of design in other ways. Very compact box, velcro lamp shade, very thin verticle tube to hold the cord. It was designed to save every penny possible. They can pack a shipping container with tens or hundreds of thousands of these boxes.I wouldn’t even be surprised if the lightly weighted base has depleted uranium, earning the overseas company credit with the overaeas government that got rid of such waste material, at our expense.

Great value for a modern lamp
Looks great, love the push button switch, kind of short but modern looking. It did not come with a light bulb but I had 9W LED bulbs laying around. Great value and buy. 10/10 would recommend.
