Comfortable but missing parts, color not as shown on pictures, overall 7/10 for effort
Ok so this couch is not bad for the price. I ordered the cappuccino color. It looks like an old couch that I’ve had for years and the color got worn down. The couch came in 2 boxes and was delivered on time, however the bigger of the 2 boxes that was extremely heavy was left downstairs my apartment underneath a stairs, I live on the third floor no elevator. When I finally got it upstairs and assembled it the couch was missing several parts when I scanned the QR code to get missing parts NO response. I called Amazon and they gave me a discount because the next option would be to send me a next couch to get the missing parts out of… I eventually had to buy legs and the inner support boards and extra screws with the money i got from discount. Overall it looks nice in my living room but key note, it is NOT REVERSIBLE. So u have limited options to redesign. Comfort I would give a solid 8/10. Pretty sturdy as well so far. There’s NO storage as far as I see. The way how it is packed to ship makes the cushions come really crushed and even after left for over a week to expand I had to use a steamer to get the wrinkles out. Photo is the item without legs for one side and no inner boards how it came.

Decent couch for price Pretty nice couch, comfort is a 3 in a half, but it was super easy to assemble. The only thing that sucks is the neck support while sitting as you can tell, my old couch was way taller. But the price is there
