Surprisingly worth it
I ordered this couch when it had no reviews, which was a bit scary, but it has definitely surprised me. When it first arrived, I will say it was packaged badly, imagine something too big for a box so it has been duct taped heavily to squeeze it in. Everything was vacuum packed as well, so it’ll take a week or two for the cushions to expand to their full size.My biggest criticism of the couch was that when taken out of the box, the main body of the couch is split into 4 pieces which is attached with hinges. Some of these hinges were either the wrong way or on the wrong part of the couch, and the screw attaching the hinges were annoyingly stripped. I had to figure out how to fix that and switch around the hinges, which took a while. Amazon support was no help at all either, but I don’t think that’s a reflection on the couch itself.Overall, it’s very comfy and the colour is relatively accurate to the photos shown above. I have had a few compliments on it and would recommend to a friend.

Good purchase so far
Pros: big enough for two adults, three dogs, and a kitten, firm and comfortable, moveable ottomans, quality of fabric seems good, got black friday priceCons: shipping times- UPS took 2 weeks to ship, it sat in GA for 7 days, instructions arent super clear on pieces that are stored inside of pieces of the couch (they open up and are velcroedâ, the wood does not seem high quality at all

The best couch ever!!!
Everything comes vacuum packed, the instructions were easy to understand, I take the couch in a total of 4 boxes, it brings everything you need to assemble it, even gloves so as not to dirty them. They are very comfortable, I have 3 weeks with them and until today they have not been deformed
