I love the couch but 200.00 delivery fee and they just threw the box anywhere was the only downside

The product does not deserve the money paid.
It is not comfortable to sit at all. I was disappointed that I didn’t get what I paid for.

Not easy to assemble, short in height ,it’s like sitting down an your almost on the floor , not comfortable, Not worth the price ,Color black velvet an gold decor ,it would been really. if it was full size , it’s like a dorm size couch,When you sit down if lifts an tights down wards sometimes .

Great customer service, beautiful piece
Beautiful design, easy to assemble. The front J piece was damaged upon arrival. Customer service sent a free replacement with expedited shipping and many apologies. This is an aesthetic piece and the gold accents are stunning.
