Once I contacted the company they investigated and sent me a whole new couch right away . I am pleased with the service and product . Being neurodivergent, it’s important to be able to tuck myself up with my feet either under me or to the side. This couch allows it, and with the expanding part, it makes it ideal for making a blanket nest and curling up with some hot cocoa and my cats. I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve been so comfortable that I’ve fallen asleep on.I had a few issues with setting it up, but that was as due to user error, and I was able to but to together. The pull out part is a little stiff, but if you toss a mattress topper on it, it’s fine and your guests will be extra comfy. The arms aren’t as stable as a more expensive couch (like you don’t want to sit on them) but that’s to be expected, given the size and the construction.Only thing is that I am not looking forward to moving it when I leave the apartment.
