Incredible sofa and amazing customer service
I couldn’t be more thrilled with my purchase of the Ravy Concept modular sofa! From start to finish, this has been a fantastic experience.First of all, the customer service was exceptional! I had a few questions after receiving the sofa..and they were so friendly, professional, and provided all the info I needed. It’s clear they care about their customers, and that made me feel really confident about my purchase.The delivery was impressively fast. I placed the order and it arrived in just a few days, well ahead of what I was expecting. Everything was packaged securely, so no damage at all to the pieces.As for assembly—I’m not exactly a DIY expert, but the instructions were crystal clear, and all the necessary tools were included. I was able to put the sofa together by myself in about 30 minutes! The modular design is really cool. We have it configured as a love seat with ottomans right now, but will probably expand to the sectional shortly.Now, the best part—the comfort! This sofa is like sitting on a cloud! I was quite surprised, given the affordable price! The cushions are super plush…but still supportive. It’s truly a perfect blend of style, comfort, and affordability.Lastly, I want to stress again how wonderful the customer service was. It’s rare to experience such excellent after-sales support these days, and it made me appreciate this brand even more.If you’re on the fence, just go for it! Great Couch for Price!
Have what this couch for about 4 ish months and it’s nice. The back cushions are definitely flatter than you’d want them to be, but not uncomfortable. I’ve taken several naps on this couch. Also really love that there are two ottomans. It was super easy to build and it’s pretty comfortable.

Comfortable and bold
My family loves this couch/sofa. I bought the three seater, the two seater, and two ottomans in blue. I needed something big to fill up the space in my living room. This fits perfectly and is the perfect bold color I wanted. It’s comfortable and was surprisingly easy to put together.

Horrible Experience Do Not Buy !
The description clearly says 3 seater sectional sofa with moveable ottoman . However I only received the ottoman and nothing else on the day it was delivered . Very upset . What a scam!

Just buy it!
I was very nervous about purchasing a couch online, and I read and re-read reviews and searched through everyone’s photos. This couch is exactly what it says it is and looks like it too! Quality couch for a very decent price. Packaging and assembly was very simple and I’m so happy with my purchase.

Mediocre but cute First of all- ORDER 6” LEGS! I promise it will make everything better. The ones it comes with are so short you might as well be sitting on the floor. But 6” legs make it a pretty standard couch height.Second, for the price this couch is really comfortable. It’s very deep, and even when we only had 2 of the 4 seats and 2 ottomans my 3 kids, a dog, and my husband and I could cuddle comfortably.I am kinda frustrated that I bought this for almost $900 and immediately after the priced dropped almost $200?? So maybe just keep an eye on pricing. I wanted the blue but they were out of stock, so I ordered green. And as soon as I purchased it and the price dropped suddenly they had the blue in stock so again- keep an eye out.Shipping: this came in 6 different packages, and the instructions didn’t come until the very last one (the arms). At this point I already had the couch put together. Thankfully we did it correctly lol. It took about a week to fully come. Which was pretty good. They also sent plenty of hardware for the couch, which I appreciated.The fabric is really nice, and easy to clean. And the actual cushions are comfortable, but the backrest is very low. It sits mid back, and the backrest cushions specifically are firm and not very cushy.The page says it can be converted into an L to “fit any space”. Let me clarify. The ottomans can make an L. You cannot configure the seats to make an L unless you did what I did; which was push it up against the wall and be okay with not screwing them together. And since the couch is very lightweight, you will find yourself pushing and adjusting often. The couch itself and also the cushions.We made it work, and it is big enough for my entire family! 2 adults, 3 kids, 3 dogs, and 3 cats. If you’re on a budget, do it. But if you can afford a more expensive and better quality, I’d suggest that. (My cat definitely approves though, as you can see. And would likely rate this 5 stars. But he doesn’t work for his things, so I wouldn’t listen to him.)
