comfy, sturdy functional looks great and good job with delivery and continuous communication!I can tell you I have never made an amazon purchase where I am more assured with it being the right decision for myself and my family.I recently shopped around in person and online for several weeks for a white sectional that is modern sturdy functional and affordable. I am so grateful for the high quality, amazing commitment to communication and thr couch itself.Unbeknownst to me I would find a couch here. Upon the purchase and check out I immediately received a text and email letting me know they received my order and that it would be processed soon with an eta. I noticed I ordered right around christmas holidays and was so impressed it arrived in time for our new place.I love the quality, the white color fabric that is soft to the touch and just amount of cozy and firmness. My kids and I love to sit and comfy on couch snuggling up with a throw blanket for a movie date. Whether you are looking for a couch or that couch, know that the dealer here is top notch with thoroughness and clarity.It makes a great move in gift, birthday gift, anniversary gift, holiday gift. Don’t hesitate to purchase!
I seldom leave reviews and have never purchased a large furniture item from Amazon. However, I messaged the seller before purchasing and he was so responsive and helpful that I decided to bite the bullet. This went in a small teen hangout space so I didn’t want to spend a fortune on the original from Rest…Hard…. (I know white…but the fabric is great and washable- though dry cleaning is recommended).Communication:The seller emailed all tracking numbers as soon as they were created and shipping was remarkably fast.The last 2 of 8 boxes arrived a few days later and seller again provided a shipping update.I received the entire set within 9 total days (it would have been 2 days earlier but FedEx had a weather delay).Packaging:Unbelievable attentive. There are even plastic corner protectors on all the boxes. They arrived pristine with instructions in each box.Setup:Pretty much unpack it and ready to go. Back and corner pieces quickly slide on. Cushions are vac sealed- advised to give 48 hours to fluff up. However, I found they pop up pretty quickly.Slipcover the frame (which is in a cloth sleeve to protect it) and lock in latches if you choose. Mine are on an area rug and they don’t move at all. If it was on the wood floor, I would have snapped the connectors together.Tip:I followed the advice of another reviewer and steamed the covers and cushions to get the wrinkles out. Slightly time consuming, but I think worthwhile. It also expedited the fluffing of the cushions.Quality:Blown away for the price. It’s solid. The blend of foam/feathers is perfect for sink in comfort, but it doesn’t flatten out. Yes, it’s down so you will need to fluff, but nothing like the original cloud sofa.Material is soft and one cover had a spot on it (which I’m sure the seller would have assisted if I contacted), but I had no problem with spot cleaning it.The middle pieces need the latch brackets connected and a screwdriver is even included. Those two pieces were literally the only real manual assembly aside from sliding on the backs and corners.Everything connected as expected.Can’t speak to the longevity of this, but I’m genuinely shocked by the level of service, comfort and overall quality of this. I honestly wouldn’t hesitate to place this in any room of the house in a different configuration.You can also order extra covers in an array of colors down the road (info is in the box upon delivery).So happy with this purchase and the kids def like it too!

YES YES YES!!!
I absolutely love this couch. It is gorgeous and more comfortable than MANY higher end couches. I cannot believe how inexpensive it is based on its beauty and comfort. My only grief is how many boxes it comes in. You would assume each box contains everything needed for the different Modulars, but it was frustrating to realize they section parts can in different boxes. Having said that it all arrived early and was easy to assemble once you locate the parts for each section from various boxes. Seriously, it looks better and is more comfy than my 6k west elm sofa.

Not ad comfy as you would think.
I got the smaller sofa (almost like a loveseat). It looks like they sent two of the same side, but we managed to finagle and it work -because we didn’t want to deal with shipping all the pieces back.I love down and have down beds,pillows. Feathered beds, and comforters. I love the coziness of down. This down sofa not very comfortable. I’m probably going to have to get memory foam( which I hate) underneath the cushions to keep them from flattening out …or purchase a small feather bed and stick it underneath cushions. Knowing what I know now I would probably not repurchase. It’s a shame because the fabric is relatively natural and down is a natural resource and not made a petrochemicals and perhaps it just needs more down in the bottom seat. The back pillows and inside pillows seem to hold their shape pretty well and don’t flatten out as much

Love our new cloud sofa!
This new sofa is amazing, I couldn’t wait to get home from work to see it in my room again. Once we put all pieces in the same room, assembly was a snap. There was less steaming of the fabric than I thought there was going to be & the cushions fluffed right up. The smaller size is perfect for our family room. Communication with the seller has been spot on for any questions we had. It shipped quickly & arrived well packed in 4 boxes over 2 days. Looking forward to getting fabric swatches, so we can change the color vibe whenever we want. I would buy this again & recommend it! Thank you!

Excellent customer service and great quality furniture
We had our sofa delivered ahead of schedule in two boxes. When we assembled the sofa we saw there was a dent in one of the pieces and a spot on one of the cushions. I contacted the seller right away and within 24 hours, they resolved the issue and are sending me a replacement part and new covers.The sofa is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. It was easy to put together and the quality was excellent.We were very happy with the customer service and would definitely buy from them again
