Very cheaply made
I went to put together and two of the cushions were broken. The whole board above the spring attachment is cracked. The spring and lever cave in whenever you sit on two of the chairs, and you canât just tighten it to fix them.

Odd arm rest storage opening
Bought this product on Cyber Monday/Black Friday deal for $355 only for it to go down to $300 a few weeks later! The couch is okay and was easy to put together. The storage compartments are deep and can fit a lot of things inside. However, if you look at the pictures I posted you can see that the one armrest opening is odd. It opens inward instead of outward so it is awkward to put things and take things out. If it wasn’t designed this way then I would have given it 4 stars! After plugging it in, the couch has power! It is currently charging my phone. So that is good!

Back cushions flimsy provide 0 support donât stay in place at top either
Frame seems sturdy. Cusions areât worth bragging about. Back cushions are super flimsy, velcro at the bottom to hold bottom in place. Tops just flop over. Not near enough stuffing in them. Assembly not as fast as I thought it would be. I added warranty. Seat cushions probably wont last 6 months. Already looking for something to add to the back for comfort.

Amazing Customer Service
Received the first four boxes, opened one and there were holes in the fabric inside of the storage units. they were right where the lift handles rubbed on the edge. There was a screw that was sticking through and rubbed during shipping. Also has a zipper broken on a cushion. It didnât affect usage Or appearance but being brand new, I messaged the seller. they respond within minutes, shipped twoMore sections out that same day. Love love the couch. It is firm, but I wanted that. Not too low to the ground, the backs are a tad in the low side, but that doesnât bother me. The ease of assembly, and securing the pieces together is great. The storage is great. And itâs huge! Weight when two new pieces we now have 7 seats and 3 ottomans. Well worth the price.

Great couch – except back support pills
This couch was easy to put together and super easy to re-arrange when desired. I agree with other reviews that the back pillows are less than adequate. I have the Ikea Ektorp sofa’s so I tested a middle back pillow in the slip cover included with this couch and it was a perfect fit for support and softness. If you’re looking for an affordable modular couch and can throw a little more at some stuffing or other inserts for the back pillows this is a good one!

Great sectional
I find it really comfortable and easy to move around for different arrangements. My only complaint would be that the back rest sits low, having couch pillows help.

Totally worth it for the price
This couch is comfy! For $500 you canât get a better deal. I looked at so many couches, particularly because my husband is a big guy and we need some real space and quality to lounge. Youâre getting a steal for this pricing. Itâs not a $5k couch, but you arenât paying $5k. Itâs damn close though for 1/10th the price.One section came with little rips, sadly itâs an ottoman piece so it wonât be hidden, but Iâm hoping we can exchange the one piece.If all is good Iâll order a second for my kids gaming/play room. I wanted one more middle section for the living room and they can go without one there so itâd be perfect.If youâre reading this, get this couch. Iâm a hard core researcher on Amazon, save yourself the hours I wasted. Itâs good. Definitely plan for extra cushioning in the back pillows though. Seats are perfect but backs lack a little. Itâs $500 though, a total steal for the quality.
