GREAT COUCH – AN HONEST REVIEW
I got this couch about a month ago and wanted to wait and make a review once I had time to really test this couch out. In terms of COMFORT, this couch is by far one of the most comfortable couches I have ever sat on. It is soft but not too soft. Firm but not too firm. The ASSEMBLY was not too hard but you definitely want at least one person to help you. Assembly requires no tools, everything slides into place or locks into place. With help I was able to get it together in about a hour. I would say this couch is 8 out of 10 on STURDINESS. Each seat of this couch comes in separate boxes including the cup holders. The way the seats and cup colder sections lock together is a little complicated because of the way you have to move the couch and to get the next cushion locked on can undo the ones you already locked together which is VERY frustrating. All this being said, I would say this couch is very much worth the money. We looked at 3 other furniture stores before deciding on this couch and I can say that for what you get in this couch in terms of comfort, size, and the fact there are TWO cup holder and storage compartments is by far better than the sectionals we seen in stores not including this is about half the price of buying one in stores. I was cautious buying a sectional offline that I couldn’t test in person, but I definitely do not rent decision!

Very Nice Furniture – GREAT QUALITY
I had an issue with my set and the seller worked with me to completely resolve my issue. This company has HIGH INTEGRITY and I really respect their care and concern about me as a customer. The set fits perfectly in my living space and looks fantastic

Do not recommend. Save your money!
Do not recommend. It looks beautiful at first but it is very far from durable.1) The couch is modular so each seat locks into the seat next to it. The locks do not stay connected. Constantly having to reconnect them or the seat tips back.2) The faux leather is practically cheap thin vinyl. Within 2 weeks of delivery I was emailing the company for a partial refund as the couch was already scratching and having wear spots. I have no had the couch 5 months and it’s torn up.3) the hinges on the consoles do not stay screwed in.Overall the couch is pathetic and not worth the price.

Doesn’t last.
After receiving and using the couch for not even 4 months one of the recliners has broken and you cannot close the foot end of the recliner. I believe a cable has broken. Such a shame to spend so much and not even last 4 months.

Great couch for the price and great customer service
There was an issue with wrong color piece but it was rectified quickly. Very happy with this couch. Especially for the price. Excellent product and customer service.

I was skeptical ordering a sectional off Amazon haha but this caught my eye you cannot beat this price – sectionals in my town range from 4-6k got this one for like 2300 – the quality is pretty good I’m happy with it, the one thing I will say is the seats seem a little small…mind you I’m a big guy 6’2 300 lbs but I still find it very comfortable – all in all definetly worth it.

We were a bit concerned, but it shipped UPS arrived when it said it would, it came in 8 boxes, perfectly packaged in heavy duty boxes, in plastic and cloth bags! Boxes weren’t overly heavy, and it all came together in an hour, including unpacking! The instructions are very informative as well. Highly recommend this couch!
