Scratched and parts missing
What a disappointment. The frame arrived scratched and dented, the shipping box ripped open with nuts and bolts falling out. Parts of frame didnât line up for assembly which required us to go out and buy a special drill bit and extra bolts.

Will be getting bed frames from this company from now on
This was the easiest set up and best instructions I’ve ever recieved from any bed frame or furniture build. Easy to set up, well put together- I usually dont write reviews, but this was impressive.

Not great
As soon as the parts were taken out of the box the metal finish was flaking off in chunks. The hardware package was ripped open and many of the bolts and screws were missing. A couple of the wooden slats had splintering.

Easy to build
Very easy to put together and I love the way it looks. It is a bit wobbly but we also don’t have it up against the wall just incase.

Missing half the parts
Reading through the reviews I noticed the only negative ones were one missing parts, I thought this wouldnât be me… well I was wrong. Mine came missing the backboard and the wooden slats. Also the instructions were very poor, worst Iâve seen on something that should be simple. The screw package doesnât have numbering on the back, so you have to figure it out. Just doesnât make much sense with the amount of money you pay for this. I got a refund due to fact mine was missing the backboard and wooden slats. If yours only comes with one long box, donât even bother, your missing parts…

HORRIBLE customer service and damage
First of all, the package arrived disgusting and ripped apart. The frame itself was literally crushed and we were unable to assemble it because it was so damaged. Iâve been going back and fourth with customer service for MONTHS trying to get them to replace the part and they refuse. Modway is a HORRIBLE company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM WHATEVER YOU DO!!!!! Iâve heard horror stories from all my friends as well. Super disappointed this was recommended by a blogger I follow. Worst consumer experience of my life. Modway corporate – youâre a disgrace to capitalism. Do better.

Good Looking Bed
Great bed , needed a two person to assemble but i did it on my own . Not sure if some the screws fell out due to the delivery but i bought some from my local hardware store . Note to self it came as 2 packages one for the headboard and one for the bedframe and screws . The shipping carrier which was fedex poor guy it was heavy for him and heavier for me . Will buy from furniture store next time . lesser hassle . Just tryna be a budget .

Pretty darn nice!
Iâve always wanted a canopy bed frame so when this one was available and a decent price, of course I bought it. Shipping was strange though. I first received one half of the items with the sticker on the box that said âsold as set, do not separate.â I had only received one box so someone obviously didnât read. I went to return that one and have them ship a new one to me hoping things would be different. Before I could even ship the old one back I got a message saying amazon received my return. The second shipment was the other half of the bed frame again with the same sticker, but only one half of the supplies. In the end it worked out and I got all parts after two shipments, so maybe the seller could better communicate or package the materials so that they arrive together instead of in this wacky way. Still a great, sturdy bed that fulfills my wishes and needs.
