The bedframe was missing the headboard. When I contacted modway and Amazon to fix this issue they kept giving me the runaround and said that the reason they couldn’t send the missing part was because the price had increased. Overall the customer service was a really horrible experience. Beware!

If you’re wondering if you should get this bed frame, buy it! The quality is amazing, and it took less than an hour to put together (not kidding). Keep in mind this is a low bed frame, which is exactly what I was going for. Also, the bed frame is a velvet material which of super comfy and luxury looking! Overall worth the buy and no regrets so far. Thank you guys!
