Great item for price. Im 5’3 and I can easily lay completely flat on this when its turned into a bed. The seats are also wider than usual which makes it extra comfortable to lounge or sit on. Its also low profile and the material is nice and soft.

I am always skeptical when buying a product from a third party seller and normally stick to buying products delivered by Amazon. However, I had the best experience with this sofa from Bailu home and had to write a review. I ordered the sofa in green and it arrived much earlier than the expected delivery date. The color was just as described but I had an issue with one of the cushions that would not properly expand. I contacted the seller, Bailu home, and they suggested using a hairdryer or iron for three days to expedite the expansion of the cushion. After three days, the cushion still did not expand and I notified Bailu home as I had guests visiting the following weekend. To my surprise, they did not hesitate to send me a brand new sofa at no additional cost and expedited the shipment to arrive before my guests arrived! They also kept me updated on the status of the shipment. I have never had such a great experience with any other seller and felt valued as a customer. The second sofa was perfect and expanded quickly. My guests said it was very comfortable. I highly recommend Bailu home for a great product and exceptional customer service.
