Very well constructed, great customer service!
Love how this looks! Very well made, no strings, no loose staples, VERY easy to put together. Traditional style and size, looks perfect in our living room. Bought the complete set and an extra chair for less than the last couch from a high end retail furniture store and half the staples holding the fabric underneath were just hanging on that one.Two of the sofa legs arrived cracked, but usable. Customer service is great. Responded that two replacements were on the way and provided a tracking number within a few hours on a Sunday. I would highly recommend if you’re on the fence about purchasing.Seats are quite firm, but that should only help them keep their shape. Agree with the other customer review, really wish there was a matching ottoman, if there was I’d have bought one by already, especially after seeing the quality of the other pieces.

Dont buy it. Spend a little extra and go to a regular furniture shop. Made in China and it’s crap
This is absolutely the worst piece of furniture I have ever owned! It is very difficult to put the pieces together and the seat section sits on a very thin lip. Sometimes when you sit down (even if it is carefully) the entire bottom cushions slip off of the small lip and goes to the floor. It is very difficult to put it back together as you need something heavy to hold down the seats while you try to slip the back on even though there is cushion in the way. Once it is together it looks really nice and holds up but sit down just right and boom the seat cushions hit the floor. I would never ever buy it again. I don’t even want to sell it since whoever buys it would curse me numerous times!

There is a Matching Sofa and Loveseat too, but Purchases can be done one at a Time
If you remember those overstuffed chairs in the Barnes and Noble department stores, these are very similar to that with the exception that the seat on this one is rather firm. It is a good reading chair though! Put your feet up on an ottoman and lean back to a very soft faux leather cushion and your arms will love resting on the overstuffed armrests. If the seat had more cushion to it, I would have given this chair 5 stars. Yet I would still recommend it highly. By the way, it didn’t long for the delivery which arrived in two boxes. No tools necessary. Instructions were included. There is also a matching ottoman you can purchase for this chair (but it is not Morden Fort). I did a separate review on it and gave it 5 stars. Rather than wait for the review, just look up Asense 17 inch square storage ottoman that is faux leather. It comes in various shades of brown, but the one that matched my chair was rust brown. If I recall, I think there might be a chocolate brown for the darker one if you selected that chair.

Beautiful!.
This product came to us within 3 days after ordering it. It came in 4 big boxes. The color and the leather are beautiful! I was a little concerned as some reviewers said that the white was closer to off white. I would call the color milk white rather than stark white, so I was very pleased with the color. It took my husband and me about 1/2 hour to put together both the sofa and love seat. It went together very easily. As some other reviewers said the seat cushions are very very firm, but over time I’m sure they will get softer. Considering the price for leather, I think it’s hard to beat. I’m really really pleased with the quality.

Great for laying down to watch TV; nice material seems durable.
We got this for laying down while watching TV; it’s not a recliner, but works great to the side when I want to lay down for a different posture; the armrest is great for laying down, soft and like a pillow. Matches our chocolate brown recliner from a different company; blends nicely with our decor. Material seems better than a much more expensive recliner loveseat we have; seems like it will resist cracking and is more supple, softer and should hold up very well. I liked assembly, took 5 mins to unbox with wife helping, to assemble. Comes delivered in 2 boxes; not too difficult to move with a helper; need a dolly if alone; main box is very big. Recommended for what it is; will be comfortable with an ottoman; was disappointed they did not offer a matching one, but we have matching color ottoman already; so did not need it.

BEWARE, The Information and Description is falsely leading to say the least, the fabric description is extremely, I repeat extremely (FLIMSY) and would not recommend. I also contacted Amazon Customer Service for refunded and to return the Items that Included (Couch and two Accent Chairs) that Total $1,501.00, and spent over 45 min, that resulted in a complete (RUN AROUND) Due to fact that the seller had to send a return slip and to wait an additional (3-Days) for the company to issue My refund. PLEASE NOTE I WILL TAKE PICTURES OF THE BOXES THAT WERE NOT OPEN, OTHER THE ONE THAT I TOOK OUT THE CUSION AND FELT THE (FLIMSY-NESS) OF THE MATERIAL, AND RESEALED THE BOX.I will Definitely stay away and avoid buying or ordering from this Company… In receiving $1,500 worth of (FLIMSY-NESS) PISSED…

Looks great, comfortable, good quality
The loveseat arrived in two large packages, total weight just under 100 pounds. Took about an hour to assemble. The faux leather is good quality, smooth texture. Recommended for small apartments. Good price for a decent quality loveseat.
