Love these! Theyâre light weight but cut very nicely. Because theyâre light weight, you do have to apply extra pressure to cut hard things and make sure you have a knife sharpener.

I purchased this set for travels and camping as it comes with really nice rollup storage. Itâs a little bit on the lightweight side compared to my Henkel knives with the chefs knife being about 5 ounces versus 8 ounces for my Henkles. thatâs about it from the negatives. Other than that, they do come razor sharp. Additionally inside the storage they also have plastic guards which I certainly plan to keep and use when traveling for that extra security. The one piece handle design makes them easy to wash and dishwasher safe. When it comes to putting knives in the dishwasher⦠I donât do it as it will do the blades, but it is nice to know that if one of the kids throw these in the dishwasher itâs not the end of the world. If you consider the current $30 coupon, this is a very reasonable knife set and would be perfect for taking to any summer cookout, barbecue, camping etc.
