Accidentally Became Our Minivan Camping MVP
This mosquito net canopy is technically designed for beds. You hang it over a twin through king size mattress and it drapes down to keep bugs out while you sleep. Very elegant. Very peaceful. Very “storybook bedroom.”We used it for something slightly different.During a summer visit to a relative’s house that was already full of people, we ended up sleeping in the minivan. Not in a glamorous Instagram “van life” way either. More like “this house contains too many humans and we need airflow if we want to survive the night.”The challenge with sleeping in a van during summer is simple. You want the doors open for a breeze, but mosquitoes also see this as a personal invitation to a midnight buffet.Enter this mosquito net.The size and lightweight design actually worked perfectly for draping over the open doors and creating a bug barrier. It allowed air to flow through while keeping the flying vampires outside where they belong. We clipped it in place and suddenly the van felt surprisingly livable.The mesh itself is nice and fine, which is what you want for mosquito protection. It blocks the bugs but still lets air pass through, so it does not feel stuffy. The fabric is light but strong enough to hold up to normal use and moving it around.It is also large enough to cover a lot of space, which made it easy to adapt to our completely unintended application. One moment it is meant to be princess-style bedroom decor, the next moment it is helping a family survive a humid summer night in a minivan.If you actually use it for a bed canopy, it works exactly as expected. Cute but not made to last very long/super thin
My daughter loves it. It is kind of thin compared to the one I bought for my self. I was expecting it to be a little thicker than it is. Feels like it will tear very easily. But she loves it and that’s what matters. I probably would not buy this one again and research more next time

Cute bed adornment
One of our kids got a pink bed canopy for her bed, so of course the other one wanted the same, but different. So a white bed canopy works great for her. I thought it was really neat that it came with a carrying case just in case someone uses it on the move like camping or something.It was super easy to hand with the included hooks. The holes in the netting look like they are small enough to allow passage of air without the addition of mosquitos. It is winter here and the mosquitos are nonexistent at this time of year. But I think if I had to use this as less of a bed canopy and more of a mosquito net, it would work really well.

Measure your space! Netting tore easily
This review is for Leechand Mosquito Net for Bed Canopy. I was not sure what to expect when I ordered this net, but I planned to use it over my daughter’s bed. She likes the look of a dreamy canopy and planned to hang string lights from the top and drape them down the sides. She has a queen size bed and the description says the net will fit up to a king sized bed. However, on my daughter’s queen bed, the netting barely covers the sides of her bed, and that is with a person stretching out the sides. The ring at the top holds the netting open and is about 16″ in diameter. The netting is very thin and wants to fall straight down from the ring. Basically, it was making a net “tube” around the middle of my daughter’s bed and she was getting tangled in it constantly. We tried to pin the net to the sides of the bed and headboard but it was not long enough and did not reach the floor in her room like it shows in the picture. My advice is to measure the height of the space you want to hang it and make sure it is long enough to reach the floor, or very close to it. My daughter has 9 ft ceilings, so perhaps on a taller bed or lower ceiling the net would drape better around the bed. I was not impressed with the quality at all. After 2 nights hung up in her room there are several small rips in the net, probably from my daughter getting tangled in the netting.
