why when you order furniture offline something always be missing or danger.
I love the items but when I was putting it together one of the chairs the parted were the stews go on the back was danger and I couldn’t put it together I took a picture from my phone so now i need to know will it be replaced so I can enjoy my new sofa thank you. other than that I love it.

I love this BUT the height is not listed correctly
This is not a comfy couch for a family room. I’m very tall, it’s so hard to find a high back modular sectional. I went by the dimensions listed and decided on this chair to just try out before buying a the couch. Glad I did, this is very shallow seating with very low back. They count the pillow in height and even that didn’t meet the dims listed. I have to have our bench in front of it to sit comfortably. That being said, it’s very good quality and the color is perfect. Short people, buy it! I’m keeping the chair but will not order the couch or any other pieces of this. The customer service is so good it’s annoying haha. so if you want shallow seating and low back but attractive and good quality I do highly recommend this.
