Nice set!
Couch and chair are very nice quality for the money. I was surprised with how nice they are. Chair set up was a breeze, just screw the legs in and done. Couch set up was a tiny more involved, but not much.

Great product for the price
I purchased the couch and loveseat. Very soft and comfortable, easy 2 person assembly with zero tools. Also durable with our German Shepherd.

Product & customer service issues
Totally loved this loveseat. However, the low rating is due to the lack of response from the seller regarding a problem getting the pieces to fit together properly.Unfortunately, since I intended to keep this loveseat, I discarded the boxes before attempting to put it together.Turns out the product was defective and the pieces would not fit together.Tried to contact the seller to work on alternative options as I did not want to return it. No response from the seller at all.Upon attempting to return, I discover that original boxes are required for the return in order to get the full refund. Meaning I would only be credited 50% of the purchase price. Yet another unforeseen issue with this purchase.Now I’m stuck with a perfectly good loveseat that I cannot put together due to a manufacturing defect.A very disappointing and costly experience. Save yourself the time and money by not purchasing anything from this seller.

Hard to Put Together
Very difficult for a single person to build the loveseat/couch.The instructions that are shown are wrong; but if you go to their youtube it will show proper assembly.Otherwise the furniture is quality for the price.

FALSE, 30% vinyl
The seller is falsely advertising. Of course, the sofa contains vinyl, wood, steel, and padding as part of the construction. But a reference to 100% genuine leather means ALL the covering is leather. There is no other way to interpret the meaning. This is clearly a bait and switch rip off scheme.
