Love the appearance, wish you could remove the cushion
I love the appearance of these. They were easy to build (I did them myself) and are very sturdy. The cushion is firm, yet very comfortable. I used scotch guard on them because theyâre white and I have kids (I know why did I buy white?). My only complaint is the cushions aren’t removable so they canât be covered, machine-washed or exchanged easily.

I love them!
These are cute and trendy. The quality isn’t like the greatest, but for the price- I think they’re solid. I do wish they came in a leather seat to make for easier cleaning. I get compliments on these all of the time though and they look great in my kitchen!

Excellent Customer Service
We purchased 6 stools for our remodeled kitchen. First off, they are great and easy to assemble. Most importantly, one of the pieces didnât have a pre drilled hole. It was very easy to get ahold of them, they are very responsive. They resolved the issue right away and sent us a replacement. On top of that, they sent a follow up thank you email and a small gift for the trouble. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had – they went above and beyond.

Not as expected
I was pretty disappointed with these chairs. I bought 3 and it did not meet my expectations. It was easy to assemble, however, it kept getting wobbly and we have to screw/unscrew multiple times to make it work. It is still not 100% sturdy. And the fabric looks very thin and cheap, thought it was a linen as described in the picture. My major concern is the back support which is woven rattan – it is so rough and it ended up tearing my woolen sweater, disappointing that the product was not made smooth for comfortable back support.I wanted to return these but the hassle of disassembling and packing was too much of a work.With the cost per chair, I would have went with different chairs.

High quality and great shape. Donât think the stiffness on the seat will matter as much if it softens up overtime. Could also put something over it like a chain but really not bothered by it at all.

Not worth the money
The fabric on the cushion is not tight. Looks cheap as it bunches up all over. Sad to return!
