Slightly Expensive but Brilliant Design
This is sturdy and it is comfortable (in conjunction with mattress) , and is super easy to assemble by yourself. it looks like a classic. its brilliantly designed with pegs and joinery that align everything including the slats (slats velcro is super nice here too). it has thick built in floor pads which is perfect for my hardwood floors. it is quiet.i got the headboard as well, from a reseller on steep discount ( but it’s not really necessary )plus: paired this with a medium firm serta eurotop and a wool mattress topper (for maximum thermal regulation)while i am tempted to cut one star for price being high, i’ll let it go. everything is too expensive nowadayswhy i got this:this – for me – replaces a whiz-bang bedframe with lights, outlets and drawers ( which i don’t miss at all ) that cost half as much, but those metal slats kept falling out, and it was loud, and i kept hitting my head on that old headboard. goodbye tacky old bedframe, see you in the guest room.

Simple and good
It was very easy to assemble, easy to move, and very sturdy. I’m very glad I purchased it.

Weak center support
Bed went together easily but almost to easy in my opinion. The bed seemed a bit unstable and after 4 weeks the center of the bed caved in. The 3 tiny legs broke. I’m only 200lb. Amazon as always was amazing and returned the item.

Easy to Assemble
Assembly is nothing like the hour long affair with other bed frames I’ve had. No more squatting inside a disassembled pile of wood with an allen wrench or a drill. This assembly was simple—done in 10 minutes.It probably took me longer to break down and throw away the box this bed came in than to assemble it! Had it for a month and its quality, doesn’t squeak or feel flimsy anywhere—very solid construction as far as I can tell

Beyond Happy So Far—A Quick Note on the Center Support Design
This was hands down the easiest bed frame I’ve ever assembled, and it looks fantastic. One thing I noticed—like other reviewers—is that the center support legs were about 1/2 inch off the ground when first assembled. However, after placing the mattress on top, they made full contact.I did some research before purchasing and found that this design is intentional on many modern platform beds. The slight gap allows the center legs to engage under load, accounting for flex in the side rails and minor floor unevenness. This helps distribute weight properly without creaking or rocking.If the gap were more than an inch and the legs still didn’t touch after adding the mattress, that would be a concern. But in my case, the legs engaged exactly as intended. The bed has been quiet, sturdy, and supportive.I can see how some might assume this is a defect, but in many frames (even premium ones like Thuma), this kind of floating-center-leg design is common. It’s not about the bed “sagging into place” in a negative sense—it’s about smart load engagement. So far, I’ve had zero issues. If anything changes, I’ll be sure to update this review.

No center support legs. Trying to find a resolution without returning. Love the bed and the easy way to put together without tools!!!

Very easy to construct
Extremely easy to put together. The front piece comes with the holes for a headboard whether you actually bought the headboard or not. It’s the tiniest bit wobbly without the mattress. No wobble or squeak with the mattress. Wish it had more of a lip to hold the mattress. Would buy again.

I waited a long time to finally make my decision to purchase this Nectar bamboo bed frame.Now I wish that I had done it sooner!The Japanese joinery assembly was quick and easy.The end result was a thing of beauty. Sturdy and elegant.The simple clean lines design is exactly what I wanted.I’m so happy with this product.
