Very Nice!
This queen bed adjustable frame was very heavy to haul into the house and definitely took two strong people. From there it was relatively easy to assemble. The motor is very quiet and smooth. Much quieter than our older adjustable frame. Worth the price, just make sure you have help.

Worth it
We initially ordered this from Home Depot but they lost the package. After waiting weeks for the new bed frame to arrive I canceled the order and reordered the frame with Amazon. Amazon did what they do best and they delivered the bed frame when I expected it.The massage feature is more like a light vibration but we absolutely love the zero gravity setting. Im pregnant and it feels so nice to have my feet elevated. I also started snoring recently so we sleep with the head of the bed at a slight incline and it definitely helps.Overall, this bed frame is heavy but it was easy to assemble. Itâs sturdy and the features are easy to use on the remote control. Weâre so glad we bought it!

Sturdy and great value
We purchased this bed frame for our daughter’s house for the times we visit. They have limited space so we figured a folding bed frame was the best option so it can be stored in a closet or garage when not in use. We have a folding memory foam mattress we used with it. The frame made it so much nicer to get off the bed instead of getting up off the ground. When either of my husband or I got out of bed the frame didn’t move or make noise. I would definitely recommend this frame for ease of use, price and storage (about 3ftx3ftx8in. Size folded )(queen)

Great product
The Nestl Adjustable Bed Frame is easy to assemble. All you have to do is get the box close to where you want it, take it out of the box and screw on the 6 legs. Now, having said that, the box is heavy (~200 lbs – Cal King) and will certainly require 2 or 3 people to move. It took 4 people to move the frame up the stairs to the bedroom. Once in place, it works great and seems to be build well. I’ve seen some $2000+ adjustable bed frames at the local mattress store, and this one is as good, or better as the expensive competition. The remote has some nice pre-set positions, which enables you to enjoy the new bed frame right out of the box.

Heavy! Vibration needs help
Product is not in pieces, it is very heavy. So it will take 2 strong people to move it. With that said, the fact that it is heavy is nice. It seems very sturdy. Well made. I do have issues with the light & vibration so that is why I only gave it 4 stars. The light is one light on each side in the middle, vs. a dimmer track light. I was not impressed with the light. Its too bright. The vibration, needs work. There are only 2 motors for the vibration vs. 4. So they are offset. I happen to sleep on the side where the head motor is and even on the lowest setting, I feel its too much for just a light calm vibration. There should be 4 smaller motors for a better feel. But, over all I am not trying to downgrade this frame, it is very nice, sturdy, and does work well. So far.

Buyers beware – customer service nonexistant
I don’t usually write reviews, but this one was frustrating enough I felt it was worth the time to do so. We searched around for an adjustable bedframe on Amazon and eventually chose this one. Shipping was prompt. Delivery was exactly as described. This thing was heavy – but we knew it would be for a king sized bed. It takes at least two people to set this thing up correctly.We opened the box and followed the setup instructions 100% exactly as described. Once assembled and in place, we plugged it in and tried out the features with no mattress on it – just the base itself. All features worked, it raised and lowered the head and feet, massage, lights, etc. All was well, so we put our brand new memory foam mattress on (ordered separately and not part of this review) and tried it out again. It raised the head up one time, and literally never worked again. We checked wiring, we checked for obstructions, we checked everything that could possibly be wrong – the only thing wrong was the motor was bad after a single use. For the record, we are not large people and we were not even laying on the mattress when we raised it – it was JUST the mattress, and the motor went out. All other features continued to work, but no head adjustment – the primary reason we got it, was an obvious dealbreaker.So we contacted the manufacturer via email. And phone. And email again. And phone about a hundred more times. The phone number goes directly to a voice mailbox for an individual, and has no indication it is even for a company called Nestl. After a week or more, they replied to one of my emails and told me the child lock was probably all that was wrong. Never mind the fact that all other features worked. I checked (again) – big surprise, not the child lock. It was insulting to me that their only solution was something as simple as that, but I immediately replied back and explained that did not fix anything. Several more phone calls and emails have gone completely unanswered. It has been 3 weeks or so since the purchase and not one meaningful bit of help. I was approaching the month deadline to return through Amazon, so I made the choice to just return, and Amazon handled the return perfectly…but they should not have to be responsible when it was clearly not their fault this thing failed. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Maybe if you get lucky, it will work fine, but their customer support is non-existent and they should not be allowed to sell a defective product and then not offer any support whatsoever. Buyer beware on Nestl products.

So far I know it will be sturdy. I and a friend had to help the UPS guy deliver it to my porch. Way too much for 1 man to handle. It comes assembled but unless your bedroom is close to the delivery entrance, you’ll need it take it apart (just 2 bolts) to separate it. I disassembled it and it’s now waiting to get escorted up 16 stairs to my bedroom. It looks well constructed. I will post once it’s put together and working.Well with some help, I got it up and running today. The motors are almost silent. You have to pair the receiver to the remote but it only takes a few seconds. It’s really a nice unit. I’m not one bit sorry and I would highly recommend this budget conscious adjustable bed. This bed is solid as a rock. You won’t be sorry.Just a PS for those that need to hear this! After putting the legs onto the frame, don’t use the legs as a pivot point to turn the bed frame right side up. Common sense should tell you this but, of course, they do have put a warning in car guilds not to drink battery acid!
