Easy to put together and looks great! Very firm.
Quality is better than I expected. It IS VERY firm. But we don’t typically sleep on our sofa so it’s great for sitting. I think because the cushions are so firm it should hold up better than average. I haven’t washed it yet but am glad it’s an option if needed. Looks great. Very easy to put together. No smell noted. Size is great for 3 people to be comfortable. Ottoman has great storage.

Good couch on a budget
You get what you pay for. We have two dogs that we allow on the furniture and also have a baby who will soon be a rambunctious toddler. We didn’t want to invest a lot in a couch, but we still wanted it to be comfortable and look nice. Took the gamble for this one and we think it paid off.This couch is great for the price. It’s a little stiff but I anticipate it will break in with time. Still comfortable even fresh out of the box. I like the green color – I thought it would be a warmer tone but I still like it.I put it together by myself (other than hooking all the individual pieces together) and I didn’t find the instructions until the last box. It’s self-explanatory and the pieces go together easily.The back and butt cushions unzip so I imagine cleaning will be as easy as throwing them in the wash, but I haven’t tested the durability of the fabric for that yet. Probably will wash inside out on delicate.The ottomans aren’t as deep as I was hoping for storage, but that’s fine. The arms do squeak if you lean on them, but I might try to oil the brackets to fix that. This may be due to a cheap build but we’ll see how it does over time. Measurements are true.Overall, we like this couch. Hoping it lasts a few years

Easy to put togetherDo recommend to let it sit for 48 hours min with no one sitting on them until the cushions are nice and set.It’s a nice product but overpriced based on the quality of it.

Minor complaints
This couch is amazing. It’s soft, durable, and well made. The couch is very good quality. I’m not really sure about why people said the arm rests weren’t dependable, my toddler climbs all over them and they don’t seem to really budge. This couch is a perfect size for my space. The entire couch came the same day and it only took about 5-7 days. I couldn’t find the instructions until the last box, but it was pretty much just common sense. It’s VERY easy to assemble. I highly recommend this couch.*****ETA: It has now been 4 months of this couch and I still love it. Now I do have a complaint though, the corner back cushions definitely need more filling in them as they are just a lil squashed from normal use but I just added some extra cotton and it was good as new! Now when you go to wash the covers, they may shrink a bit and you’ll probably have to wrestle it back in but they do fit back in, I promise! My kids tear this couch apart on the daily to make a “couch pile” :’) and the velcro on the cushions hasn’t budged a bit. This couch is very much worth the money. <3

Gamble Paid Off
Buying a large piece of furniture without seeing it in person is always a gamble. This gamble paid off. I am absolutely I love with this couch. The fabric is soft and the blue is just as the picture. Putting the pieces together was a breeze. The only hick up was getting the corner back pieces to slot in at the top but that is totally a me thing. The 2 ottomans have a ton of storage. They even have 2 straps in each to hold items down. The couch is firm but comfortable. If you are wondering what size pillows to get, I would say 14″ if you want a nice balanced look. If you like big pillows like me, 24″ looks great too but I wouldn’t go bigger than that.Seller customer service was amazing. Amazon only provided 1 tracking number instead of the 9 for each box. When I didn’t get all 9 in one delivery, I messaged the seller and they provided me with all 9. They also checked in regularly on the status of each box. It took a week to get all 9 boxes but that didn’t bother me. Just be aware. And I suggest messaging the seller after you get the shipped notification to get each tracking number.

Too sturdy and poor back support
Poor back support because of being low profile and poor back cushions and not very comfortable to sit on because of firm styrofoam cushions. I get back pain sitting on it after watching a movie. For the money I spent, it is not worth it.

Avoid it
I’ve owned this couch for a year.. It’s a fine inexpensive option for a vacation rental.. Has good storage in the ottoman.It is not comfortable to sleep on.. Not even a nap. 3 months into owning it I started looking for better sectional options. Dog hair is nearly impossible to get off. The quality of the back cushions are awful. They’re pretty much flat after minimal use. We rarely use the sofa due to the firmness.. while sitting on it a persons legs, butt, and back will fall asleep after about 30 minutes.

Wooden slats that go across to hold
I absolutely LOVE my couch!This was hands down one of the best purchases I’ve made. I was so happy putting it together — it looks great, feels super soft, and is incredibly comfortable. It just felt perfect from the moment it came together.The only thing I’d mention (in case it helps someone else) is about the corner section of the couch. When I opened the box, the pillows were tucked underneath and held in by wooden slats. At first, I wasn’t sure how to get them out without damaging anything. But I figured it out — you just need to press down gently on the slats to release them, and then you can remove the pillows easily.Once that was sorted, everything else was smooth. I’m beyond happy with it!
