Glad we purchased
My elderly dog was having issues slipping on our wooden stairs so we needed a solution. We got these & they have helped. They were easy to install & they look good.

Iâve ordered these twice and each time they arrive as 8×30 despite the advertisement they are larger

Better than we expected!
Our 14 y.o. dog needed these, but we really didn’t want to ruin the look of our stairs. These look just fine and went on easily. Most important, our dog’s mobility is 100% better. Other similar items were much pricier, but glad we went with these as a solution to help our dog get through this part of his life with less fear and fewer slips.

Perfect Size and Color for Mahogany Hardwood Flooring
Product came delivered well packaged and fast. I love them. The backing comes off very easy. They stick nicely and add the perfect touch to my Mahogany hardwood flooring. I opted to install them flush against the riser. However, they are sized such that you can center them on the treads. So far, no curling on the corners yet.

Carpet treads.
They were easy to install. I had read previous reviews, so I knew to go slow & remove the backing. If you donât it will not come off as easily. But it is simple & All the backing came off fine. I wished I had known about these many months ago as my dog put som scratches on new stairs.They are comfortable to walk on. Prevent slippage for me & my dog.I would recommend.

Inexpensive and effective
Nice product. Classic look. Comfortable tread that prevents falls. Also helps our elderly dog go up the steps again.

Meh, they arenât bad but not great
**Honest review**This is our first house with indoor stairs (5) and our older dog was nervous and wouldnât go down without help cuz her paws were slippery a little due to the texture of the stair. We just bought this house so thought this is the simplest and cheapest remedy at first because she has to go up and down until we can remedy a better solution later. When these arrived, we cleaned the stair like instructed, removed the plastic off the back of the carpet strip as the instruction directs and although we like the look, they grip and you donât slide on the stair but as you go up and down the stairs, the strip âmoves/walksâ around and it wonât stay in the original spot. We constantly (like everyday and sometimes many times during the day) move them back to their original spot because my OCD is VERY BAD. So these are a cheap and quick remedy and they do look nice but donât expect them to 100% stay where you want them to.

Looks great
We have 16 steps, so I had to buy a 15-pack and then opted for a 4-pack. Funnily enough we have another staircase with 17-steps so if we choose to pursue that staircase, weâll just need another 15-pack. They came in great shape and ready to be installed. As others have mentioned, the plastic removable backing was kind of a pain but not too bad. They appear to have adhered pretty solidly (no moving and the corners are all attached pretty well), and they are a good size for our steps. There was a slight odor for off-gassing but not too bad.l and gone within 48-hours. Weâll see how they clean up and how the durability lasts but very pleased so far! It took about 75-minutes to fully install but I also vacuumed, mopped and wiped down each step with cleaner before installing the treads.
