Very practical and effortless
I bought a few mat with different materials to try. This one gives more bang for your bucks. It goes well with my stairs while providing comfort for my dogs as theyâre getting older and becoming fearful of hardwood stairs. This anti-slip mat also have built-in adhesive, so installing this one the whole stairs take only a few minutes. Itâs good to have if youâre looking for temporary/ cheaper alternative to stair runners.

Inexpensive and Easy to Use
Like so many other reviewers have commented, these are super easy to put down; they adhere remarkably well; and they don’t look bad. I had new stair treads put down that were very slippery and these completely solved the worry of anyone slipping on the stairs.

Perfect color
I originally had these in Black and have 2 cats and they were hard to keep clean. These light gray disguise the hair so much better. The adhesive is great and doesn’t come up when I vacuum them! Super light weight and keep my stairs way safer than they were before!

Easy but Not Long Lasting
Put them on hard wood stairs. They stuck. They’re fine. They don’t move. We even had enough left over for second short set of stairs. Both staircases are interior. BUT they are fuzzy already and look really worn after just a couple months.

Insanely easy installation, removal & reapplication!
The rented townhouse into which Iâve recently moved has a lot of damage, including to the wooden stairs (as can be seen in the 3rd picture), but these treads have improved their appearance 100%. Wiping the stairs with a wet microfiber cloth, peeling off the non-slip treadâs backing, placing the tread on the stair, measuring to be sure it was centered, then swiping my hand across it, gently pressing it down was all it took. Without question, this was the easiest project Iâve ever done, and Iâd recommend this product to anyone. Plus, removal to facilitate upstairs delivery of appliances a week after their installation & reapplication after the delivery proved similarly easy & NO effectiveness in their sticking to the stairs was lost in the procedures! LOVE this!

Good so far
Put 13 of them on wood steps down to my lower level. Had them for a few months and seem to be holding up fairly well. These really don’t have an adhesive backing, it’s more similar to the way a cell phone glass protector adheres to the phone. It’s a bonding that requires a smooth surface.So tips for install:the steps need to be be sealed with a finish of some type. These will not adhere to raw wood unless you use an added adhesive glue product.Make sure you clean ALL dirt and dust from the steps before you install them, Any dust will adhere to the backing and it will not hold.Roll the tread to press the mat to the stair surface, especially on the edges.

Sticks great!
I found these at a bin store and ended up ordering more. They look very nice and stick to the stairs great!! Definitely recommend.

Absolutely GREAT!
Never used a product like this before. We’re in a temporary rental home with a steep uncarpeted staircase. Our dog in particular was terrified of the steps. Once I added these terrific quality and easy to apply carpet strips going up and down that staircase became a breeze–especially for our dog. Highly recommend. Completely satisfied. A+.

We needed these mats to put on our stairs as our dog was slipping on the timber stairs. Very easy to install and work perfectly. Our dog now walks up the stairs comfortably, without slipping.
