Good Grip
I didn’t expect much when I ordered these. I’ve tried some in the past and have been disappointed. Not this time. The bottom has soft rubber so it doesn’t slide. The top seems smooth enough that you might think it’s slippery, but it isn’t. My wife is disabled, and the stairs into the basement are a bit steep. She feels a lot better with these beauties on the steps, and so do I.

They don’t stay put!
I had to give these 4 stars because they are made from nice quality materials, they are thick, plush and they seem durable. The also fit my stairs nicely and have the no adhesive option. The price is reasonable too.The two things that I wasn’t happy with was,1. The lack of color or pattern options. They NEED more!!!2. With the weight of each stair tread, they should stay on the step better and not slip of the stair while your foot leaves the step without having to use the two adhesive tabs that are an option on the ends of each tread.These are really personal preferences so, if these two things don’t bother you, then these are a nice choice.

Fantastic stair treads!
I could hardly wait to put these on my stairs. These treads are great! Not only do they look great they are soft and cushioned. There is nothing to installing them, you just set them down in the center of the steps and thatâs it. They stay put because they have a rubbery backing. I feel so much safer on my stairs now, no more slipping or possibly falling. Anyone with wood stairs should have these not just for safety but also because they look really good and feel good under your feet. Wish I would have had them years ago. Iâd give them 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend and thumbs up.

Works well
I like these. They were placed on hardwood steps and because they are cushioned, they are nice and soft to step on. Step after step, none of them have moved around. Very good to have around when you have a run of children around plus security for the older folks. I think that after having them for a few weeks, you will find they worth the price point.

Love the color and durability
If youâre looking for carpet treads that are different from the norm, these match that description. I chose the blue that is a degraded shade. They can be used in both traditional and contemporary decor. The installation of the 8âx30â treads was extremely easy. They lay flat and stay in place. They are soft, quiet and warm to walk on. Another great plus is that they are washable. One tip would be to not put them in the dryer but just lay them flat to dry and they will dry quickly.

Pretty good, but slide around over time
Loved the idea of these for the basement steps as we continue to renovate– they’re like little plush carpets and really cute.HIGHLIGHTS:-Very soft underfoot-Take a while to lay flat, three of them needed weights to get the lines out-A little slick, so don’t put right on the edge of the step (which you probably wouldn’t anyway because that would look weird)-The rubber backing is essentially like a built in rug pad. These are placed on unfinished wood stairs and they do slide around a bit. Nothing crazy, but if you want something you can lay in one spot and trust not to move, these aren’t it.Overall I love the look and feel, but again they do slide around slightly. I think around $50 for the set is a fair price considering the comfort, look, and quality.

I love the way these look and the way they feel. Stays in place with out having to use adhesive.

Love them
I have these on our stairs leading to the game room and they look great! The rubber bottom keeps them in place very well. I like these better than the ones I replaced with these. my old ones had a sticky substance on the bottom and it was annoying but with the rubber backing they are awesome!! Highly recommended
