Looks great and appears to be made well.
I’ve been looking for a rug that would go with our furniture and room colors and I was having a hard time finding a rug that would work for a reasonable price. When I came across this one it seemed like the perfect rug: it was the right size (7’9″ x 10’0″), the colors and asymmetrical design seemed like they would work for where I wanted to use it and the price was very reasonable.Now that I have it installed I absolutely love it. The colors were perfect – what the pictures don’t show is that it has some bronze to it (it works with the bronze in the artwork on the wall) and there is a definite nap to the rug so which way you vacuum or brush it will affect the look of the rug somewhat.The rug itself is not especially thick although it appears to be well made. I had ordered a rug pad to use with this (purchased on AMAZON: Mohawk Home Dual Surface Felt and Latex Non Slip Rug Pad, 8’x10′, 1/4 Inch Thick) and combined with the pad the rug feels much thicker and very comfortable. Note that the rug matched the advertised dimensions and arrived rolled up and covered in plastic. Once it was rolled out the inside end had a little curl to it but flattened out within a couple of minutes.I definitely recommend this rug, although I would also suggest that you order a rug pad to go under it.

My rug photo is not a true color in front of the sofa, because the actual color matches the sofa perfectly as you can see in the second photo with the table and chairs. This is not a red accent, but true burgundy which is what I wanted. The background colors are shades of light tan to caramel, so it will blend great with a lot of furniture fabrics in that range. I ordered a rug pad as suggested by others. I got the thick 1/2″ dual by Mohawk Home. That gives an appearance of a more expensive rug because of the deeper plush feel and look. I also ordered Zongool rug tape for the corners and that works well. I didn’t order a pad for the square rug under the table since we won’t be walking on it or using very often. The shipping time was only two days. The design and colors have made the room cohesive and the sound quieter.

Clarifying colors.
Just put this down in the kitchen (No. There are no kids still living with us, in case you wonder). We love it. Quality construction. Side seams are finished very well. It is wonderfully soft underfoot. It definitely needs something underneath to keep it from sliding on hardwood floors. I highly recommend the Gorilla Grip carpet padding underneath. We bought the ~4×6 rug and 2 runners to match at the kitchen bar and back door. I bought a 6X9 size of the padding and cut to fit the 3 rugs plus an extra one.The colors of the rugs vary from photo to photo on Amazon. I hope this helps clarify. They range from dark brown as coffee grounds to light as overly creamed coffee. They are in the neutral palette, when emphasized by incandescent lighting. Not too yellowy. Our kitchen has warm CFL lights and the tones are very warm. There are about 4 shades of tans and brown (including the dark brown branches) all neutral, and the rusty-red berries add a nice pop of color. There are also flecks of a medium green, which we have throughout our kitchen.Now, under LED lighting, which emphasizes the cooler tones in the rug, the browns stay pretty true, but the tan takes on a ever so slight tone of yellow. The flecks of green stay pretty much the same. I notice the two- and three-toned berries more and see the berries as more of a mauve and cabaret.We love these rugs. I hope this has been helpful.

I have bought similar carpets from Amazon.com and the quality was higher. They were distributed by Safavieh. This carpet is not as soft and seems more synthetic.
