Worst Bed Frame Out There
I recently moved and wanted to get a smaller bed frame so I wasn’t leaping and jumping into bed. I purchased this bed since it was cheap and had decent reviews… but boy was I wrong.As I was building this bed frame, I noticed a lot of the wood pieces were bent and missing holes that were needed for later installation. This whole bed frame was flimsy right out the gate, but I had the benefit of the doubt and went and built it anyways. I had to manually shove screws into the pieces since no holes that were displayed were present. The legs on this frame are plastic and just as flimsy.This bed lasted me one whole night, it says it’s a 800lb weight limit and I am not even a quarter of it. Since this bed frame is built, big and bulky, how am I supposed to return it. So i called Novilla and Amazon themselves, no one answered my calls or called back, so now I just had to spend another $150 for a new bed frame and throw this in the trash. Worst bed frame and customer service ever!

Poor customer service
Overall, I am happy with the appearance and ease of assembly. However, my headboard had 2 small cuts in cloth on headboard cloth. I contacted the company, via their site on multiple occasions. I was called on 11/3/25 and explained I did not want to go to trouble to return the headboard, but would like a price adjustment; additionally the box it came in had no cuts in it so it was like that when packed. I was told someone from Novilla would email me within a week. I’ve checked my spam and inbox, no contact has been made. Very disappointed in customer service; and will now pursue the insurance I took out on the item.

Long assembly but worth it
I like the look of this bed frame, and it seems pretty sturdy. It took me a total of 2 and 1/2 hours to assemble by myself. The instructions were pretty clear – There is just a lot of screws that must be screwed in with an allen wrench which take longer. Overall, it is a great buy, just a little annoying to put together.
