the headboard is very short and mattress sits on top of slats, does not sit down into frame at all. because the headboard is so short and not adjustable you don’t see it. Which is why I bought this bed, I like the color and design of the headboard

The bed was pretty easy to put together. It was good for the price that we paid. We’ll see if it is creaky after we have used it for a while. The bed rails could be higher quality maybe just the way the fabric is wrapped.
